However,sleeping at work signifies sleep deprivation and this can lead to so many things flaws at the workplace. Here are a few things according to Timesofindian,you can do to help yourself if you sleep everyday at work...
1. Exercise regularly and go for brisk walks in a park.

2.Take short breaks every couple of hours.During this break take a walk around the office premises to refresh your mind.

3.A healthy diet will increase your energy levels

4. Dim the bedroom lights before retiring for the night.

5. Include foods with omega-3 fatty acid in your diet.A recent study conducted in the UK found that people with higher omega-3 had better sleeping patterns.

6. Avoid to much caffeine or sugar.

7.dont watch television or browse internet on your laptop or mobile phone before bedtime

8.Don't use the same bedsheets for more than a week.

A pastor at the christian proctor church in vermont ,has been sentenced to one year imprisonment for refusing to wed a gay couple.
The honorable Myron Danus in his verdict said,religious freedom goes both ways,Mr Horner,'Danus told a packed courtroom.
"it is not your place to deny individuals the same rights that everyone else has,right that were passed down and agreed upon in a court of law,the ultimate court,the supreme court,it is not your decision whether or not you you agree with law but more importantly that you follow it and enforce it"

The Pastor,56 year old paul horner,had his lawyer speak to reporters on his behalf.
We are currently disputing the guilty verdict and i am confident my client will be a free man here shortly,'said attorney Tom Downey.

NBC reports that the christian proctor church is registered with the state as "religious corporation"limited to performing "one- man one- woman marriages as defined by the Holy Bible.

But the church is also repistered as a for - profit business and city officials said that means the owners must comply with the state and federal regulations.

The oldest working nurse in the united states celebrated her 90th birthday with a surprise party during her shift at a Washington state hospital.
reports: Florence'seesee'Rigney who started her career as a registered nurse 69 years ago was treated to a surprise party Thursday ,the day before her 90th birthdayby co-workers.
Rigney temporarily left the profession at the age of 67,but her retirement was short -lived. I stayed retired for about five months,then i came back and here i am. Sheri Morris,assistant nurse manager said, Rigney is a valuable asset to the hospital.'she runs circles around all of us"Morris told.
She is a wealth of wisdom and knowledge and we absolutely love her.

This release of Tishau even strengthens my believe in the new NSA. You now know that there is going to be a big flow of INTEL. This is a man who knows the internal workings of Boko Haram. He must have released Tishau because Tishau is a good INTEL source.

On another note, this man Monguno is highly qualified. Top of class in almost all prestigous schools, capped with a PhD in Architecture from UK uni. What else do we need?
