One of the ways Peter Obi succeeded in terms of security in Anambra was through the establishment of community vigilante groups as the local police and trust me it worked.
Although sometimes these vigilante boys overreached themselves and bully people for no good reasons, but if you look at the bigger picture you'll realize that they curbed security challenges in their local communities. Crime is afterall local they say.

Train these local vigilante more in terms of arms handling and interpersonal relationships and then pay them well. See how crime will go down drastically. They are closer to the communities and much more proactive that the police officers themselves

Braces are painful at first, but they feel more comfortable with time. When you take them off you feel pain again because the teeth would try to move back to initial positions.

Teeth would try to move back without retainers. which is why you get retainers immediately after getting off braces ..
