Merry Christmas to everyone. |
When one withdraws an Express entry application, and try to create a new application, can one still use the previous details of the old application(email, username and password )? |
Congratulation GlitteringStar and other ITA recipient. |
@DereI - Congrats once more, hope you are already in the pool. |
She only have voters card. Hope that is allowed Yes you can. Just give her a letter of authorisation with the copy of the bio data page of your international passport. She needs to also go with her own intl passport or maybe drivers license
|
I wrote ielts test in Port Harcourt, but I don't live in Port Harcourt. Can I send my sister to pick it up for me next week Wednesday ( I hope I can pick the TRF on Wednesday). My fear is that I don't want to send her to PH and they will tell her that they have already sent the TRF to a courier company. Pls i need advice |
@einsteino - Cool. I have learnt something new today. Thanks i said 12days excluding exam date. well like i said earlier the TRF date varies occasionally, i have seen someone whose date was 14 days after exam. so there is no cast in stone rule for the TRF date. good news is you can edit TRF date post ITA.
|
Masters or professional degree needed to practice. .... Please I'm asking on behalf of a friend. What do these credential evaluation bodies evaluate an MBBS as? "Bachelors degree", "two or more degrees..." or "professional degree needed to practice in a licensed profession"?
|
@einsteino - This formulation works, I just checked it out with my 28 Oct IELTS test report , but the TRF test date is plus 13days from the test date (and not 12). Still cool though, what happens if you use this formula and miss the test date by a day or 2 , and you get ITA. Just thinking Caveat: This is solely for educational purposes. Typically it takes about a week after the IELTS online result has been released to receive TRF of your IELTS. You may be in need of your TRF number before then, here is how you could formulate yours. TRF number is 18 characters long, I would take a sample and explain how it is formed lets look at this TRF Number 15NG005978BUHM050G This is actually made up of joining 7 distinct groups: 15 + NG + 005978 + BUH + M + 050 + G 15 = last two digits of the year of your exam. all 2017 exam TRF would start with 17 NG = Country code, all exam taken in Nigeria would have NG while those taken in canada would be CA |
@tippex - Amen My second attempt will also be my final attempt in Jesus name!
|
@ Derel - Thanks and Congratulations to you too. @40manlappy- Thank you very much |
@mcstan-Pls remark your listening, i read a testimony in our first thread where someone's listening was upgraded from 7.5 to 8.5. L 7.5,R8 W7.5 S8 I'm seriously considering a remark of my L. 7.5 is just too low a score. Though the test was tricky as earlier complained, I didn't think I'd go below the 8.0 mark. Are there any suggestions in the house regarding this please?
|
CRS of 449. Still waiting for my ECA from MCC ( though it is almost ready) |
Thank you Jesus, I have been praying for a Christmas gift. And God gave me a lovely ielts result Listening - 9 Reading - 7.5 Writing - 7.5 Speaking - 7 My speaking test was terrible, my part 2 I spoke for just 1 minute I had already run out of ideas, my part 3 felt like jamb questions , examiner was asking me questions like how environmental problems affected the use of land, and plenty questions that didn't even make sense to me . I only mustered few words I could barely speak fluently because the questions were strange unlike my first speaking test. I just thank God This is my second and final attempt (for general ielts). |
Congratulations Dr Esosa Track 1- Collabo (aka IELTS jam ECA) ft vcole Track 2 - Issa Draw feat IRCC Track 3 - Police is your Friend feat Alagbon |

Please I need links for ielts listening test. Thanks |
Very true, u need to certify all the documents you send to MCC(u may or may not certify your degree because they will still verify it). Mine was also delayed because I didn't certify a copy of my marriage certificate and international passport. I had to pay for courier the second time For MCC u u need to certify it, in fact that delayed mine.
|
A notarized copy of your marriage certificate and all other notarized documents is all you need to submit I have only my marriage cert and newspaper notification of change of name. Do I need to get an affidavit of name change from a court and also get it notarized? |
If u are living in a state were there are no BC office and you are a working class person, it will be difficult to raise bank draft and travel to another state to pay. That's y the bank transfer is better, but BC is obviously making things very difficult by not sending confirmatory email, at the end one ends up going to the office to make complains (which is as good as paying via bank draft in the first place). I think at the end of the day, it is just better to do a bank draft and go to their office if convenient instead of doing bank transfer.
|
Thanks ma'am. The entire transaction was on Friday morning. So considering interbank plus weekend factors, I'll just chill out on calling till Monday passes and there is no update. I had similar encounter with BC. My husband and I paid via bank transfer, and we waited for confirmatory email instead we got an email that our test date that was reserved have been cancelled. I called British Council customer care line countless times, the lines were not going through, we even sent emails and we received an automatic response (no reply message) that I should wait for 7 working days, I wasn't satisfy with that response I tracked them on Facebook, and finally got a reply from a staff who told me to wait for some days, and gave me another email to send my complaints to, but it was of no much help. Luckily for me , a friend had similar problem, I had to counsel her to go to their office in portharcourt (I couldn't do that because of my work), I gave her all our details and it was sorted out immediately. I will suggest u wait for 72 hours and if u don't get a reply from them go to their office or beg someone to do that for you. |
Please, has anyone used MCC / IQAS recently? I am currently evaluating my credentials via MCC. If u need any help you can pm me |

Good evening all, am a medical doctor who just started ECA evaluation with MCC. I have tried creating an account with physicianapply.ca but my payment does not go through, i have used both naira and dollar debit card , and the payment is not successful. Please if there is any doctor in the house who have recently evaluated their credentials via mcc I would love to know what kind of card is acceptable, thanks. |
What you said makes so much sense, I see the wisdom in it. U can get your money on your house when you sell it, but your rent is gone for good. I bought a 4 bedrooms house in 2013 in London, Ontario. The mortage including porperty taxes varies around $1600/month ($1300 Mortgage + $300 in property taxes). And this was a new house. I have a sister, who have been paying the same amount of $1600 IN RENT in Ajax, Ontario. WHAT A WASTE. If I decide to move, I will make a profit by selling my house given that it costs around $400.000 in today market. I brought it at $275.000 in 2013. And on the other hand, my sister will never got the money back she had been putting in rent. My 2 cents
|
