it depends on what area of the state u need it. I assume you mean osogbo. 2 bedroom flats are not so common but 3 bedroom goes for around 5k per month (60k per year) and you'll see landlords or agents that 'll collect payment for 1 year.However, some 3 bedroom flats in areas like GRA,oroki estate or Onward estate area go for as high as 120k p.a. But you enjoy almost stable electricity supply(one of the best in Nig) and also almost constant water supply. A cool n quiet place to stay. I really miss osogbo. Other towns in the state are less expensive.
