. Don't worry. What they meant is that they have your soft copy but yet to get the certified hard-copy which usually takes 3-7 days for them to acknowledge that they hv received it from the Currier service. So they did the evaluation base on the soft copy of your document uploaded on their portal. I am very sure it took you time to send the hard-copy to them after you submitted your online application. Don't panic It happened to me, all you need to do now is write to them through their contact form and tell them that you have sent the certified hard copy stating the date, they will get back to you in few working days. All the best in your DE applications

They processed your application before acknowledging your hard copies documents, When did you send your certified documents?? if you sent your documents of recent don't worry, they will acknowledge it and reprocess ur application. If you want it faster, send them a mail that you sent your documents, they will reply you that they've seen it and process ur documents within few days.

What uniassist want is for your school to send them your transcript in a sealed envelope. But if you know some one in exams n records I will suggest u collect the transcript still intact (I mean sealed) and send to uniassist but use your school address as the sender. Reason am suggesting this is because schools take ages to send documents.
Secondly certify your result in a high court before sending.

Pls mates, I need clarification ASAP on this issue. Uni-assist sent me an e-mail stating just now explaining the result of their evaluation of my applications, which states;

Now, what's confusing me is that I did my document certification at the German embassy. Which certification would they accept again if not from the embassy? Pls I need an idea what to do to savage the situation

See I don't see reason why people are still sticking with DHL even with their outrageous charges when we have the types UPS, TNT and Aramex, which are way more cheaper and also fast.

Just last week we sent 3sets of documents to the same school through Aramex and It got there in two working days. We were charged 13k or thereabouts. This would have cost us at least 22k or more with DHL.

You see, those sending documents to uniassist, if you are like five, each person will pay highest 3k(with Aramex)

It's time to give DHL a break, they relying on their popularity and reputation to extort people.

After you've made all your applications. Go to "Pay" on the Uni-assist page. You'd see three modes of payment.

3D Secure Credit Card Transfer

Sofortuberweisung

Bank Transfer

Tick the "Pay" box

Then what you should click afterwards is the "3D Secure Credit Card Transfer"

Tick Agree on the terms and conditions bla bla bla


Then it brings you to the Payment gateway page.

Fill in the required fields. Change the country to NIGERIA. Don't change that "CREDIT CARD" , just leave it that way. Then choose which card you use, either Visa or MasterCard. Please note that your VERVE card won't work on the platform.

After filling the fields, click on "PAY NOW"

It could pay immediately or bring you to your bank's page to put in an OTP to authorize the transaction. After that's done, it will redirect to the Uni-assist page to acknowledge payment.

It's better do these payments in the midnight to avoid network wahala and money being deducted without the transaction completed.

The Site was Officially Lunched so u all can believe that when they Say ninth they mean Ninth. They are not done transferring the database into the system. When they are done they will restore all Participants GH and PH ORDER. This is an evidence that me2u will last longer. While it Last remain still when all data base are fully transferred we will all glorify God,but in the main time let no one either PH or Register anyone, kindly wait until we are all adviced to do so. Just do two things

1. Visit the site and admire a Site prepared for ( 10,000, 000s Capacity)
2. Login and observe your account.
