I do not want to take chances so i resorted to university of ottawa and waterloo....i have started preparing my mail to get a supervisor at ottawa already

Does one need a Supervisor if one is applied to a course-based only program? I think getting a supervisor is required if its research-based program??
I'm applying to Ottawa as well. Can I reach you off Nairaland? Thanks.

Postponing your supervisor search email for Fall 2017 till next month is not advisable. Start soon!

Okay. Thanks, bruv.
But, I think that search for a supervisor applies only to thesis/research-based programs. I intend to go for a taught-program.
I PMed you.

Search on your school website the Prof who share similar research interest with you. Mail him/her and in the mail, you write an exposition about your intended research work and also attach your student copy of transcript in the mail, then request him/her to be your supervisor. Wait for his/her response. If no email response, call him. Try to be friendly and official in your conversation.

Alright! Thanks bruva. You just gave me a strong footing. God bless!

Wow! I'm new here.
Please, how have you guys been successfully securing the attention of supervisors? Do you call or just the regular email.
Are there other things I should know about securing or contacting a supervisor?

Let me know please. I am commencing my 2017 Fall application next month. Thank you!

It's 40Euros per document for Legalization. You only incur extra N120k if they need to further verify the documents before legalization. I need to keep in touch with you s I am considering Austria as well. Hope you don't mind. I will soon get to their embassy in Abuja.

He isn't really right. I guess he was kidding.
I attend and follow Oyedepo very well. I didn't attend CU. It was my choice.

Every Winners'Chapel member mustn't attend CU. Compare this fee with others, national and international.

Oyedepo once said, "You don't grow big to manage well, you manage well to grow big." He said shared that he has never enrolled any of his children in any school that will require him to pray for school fees before it will be provided.

If you follow riches the way the guy implied, you will steal...and even steal from God's house.

I can't say it all. Cut you coat according to your dress.

It's not everything the media writes that is genuine. Some are publicity stunts, some are an indirect means of selling their products etc.

It's foolishness to believe anything. I was live at the church service today. He never implied any of such things. Trust me, you better keep shut than say what you don't know.

Hi everyone. I sent a document to Germany on the 19th of September via EMS here in the East. I was told it takes 7 days max to get delivered, yet I have not been notified on delivery. Its not reflecting on my tracking path. I used the tracking number and all it shows is just the event at the office I did the transaction.

Please, what do I do? I have been worried since. I need a candid urgent advice.

Is it not better that you go to the Embassy and certify your documents. It will save cost more than what you are about doing. Besides, some schools accept only certifications from the embassy.

In one of my applications, I submitted a photocopy of my transcript. Do you think there is much harm to that? Hope it's still valid nd credible?

yes i am talking about the 1st mail..... Shortlisting means a list of a small number of people or things that have been selected from a larger group and are being considered to receive an award, to get a job, etc.....

Not all applicants got the 1st email, so.....

So people of the last group are likely to be chosen, right?
