Hello, October peeps any mail for medicals yet? |
ControlX:Ei Ei.... Who a fi call mi name. Right here with you See you October, that 200 box has borne fruit ![]() |
Wow, i still have not received any communication since i submitted my application. Just stumbled on this thread and noticed people have already begun their online tests. This is really strange. Can anyone help with a contact detail for EY? Thanks |
ControlX:Interview in retrospect "the more you think it was fab, the ever nagging doubt you probably goofed". Now lerrus pray... |
Badguy001:Nope, compared to getting drenched and arriving like a featherless chicken, the 200 box was money well spent. |
ednut1:Chai, same thing I did, even told the gateman to help me hail a cab from my hideout behind the gate to avoid any unpleasant sightings ![]() |
XtraSmooth404:So the nansense rain should spoil my show ehn. First impressions matter ![]() |
ControlX:Hey, it was for today. It's all over mehn..... ![]() |
ednut1:Sure I did, thanks to ControlX I hired a tricycle all to myself from EKO roundabout for just 200 By the way I'm female though |
ControlX:Haha, see you August... Many thanks. |
Hey, any suggestions on how I can get to PWC office from the BRT stop at CMS? |
Let me make this clear, that there are 3 Lines of Service in PwC Nigeria and these are Assurance, Tax and Regulatory Services, and Advisory. Feel free to choose any of these based on your career goal. @funkystanly Hi, thanks for your help so far. However, in the interview invite documents were provided for only TRS and Assurance . I really am interested in Advisory and a bit confused as to what department to choose, as it seems the recruitment is for the previous two mentioned. So could you clarify a bit. |
The wait...the agony...now switched phone to silent mode lest the continuous beeps increase my blood pressure. PWC this limbo ain't fair ![]() |
Hello, anyone for 20th..and by the way sorry to ask an unrelated question but is there anyone that has been shortlisted for the Heineken International Graduate Programme (Inductive reasoning test)? Please contact me, I cannot find good material to practice with. Thanks ![]() |
smiley15:Thanks, I've already written the test which was not as difficult..Hoping for the best..Goodluck with yours. |
Anyone with solutions to the current numerical practice test you take right before the assessment, certain questions have defied my brain's logic..Please help a sister ![]() |
1. An experience you had and how it helped you in life, 2. Then compare and contrast the difference between knowledge derived from books and the one derived from experience explaining which you think is more important Instruction is to choose one, 30mins |
Okay let me provide some info, I just completed the test at chams computer and essay writing. 60 mins to complete 50 questions, a mix of maths, verbal, current affairs. If you complete this and pass the screen shows if you are successful or not. After which you move to another room if successful and write the essay. If anyone says there's no essay it means they did not pass the first stage and are out of the recruitment process. So apparently you write your essay on the same day. Now I'm waiting for results from the essay which would be sent next week friday or upper.Good luck to everyone. |
deni7:Thanks, it does help. |
eminado:Please please, can I get a reply for both degrees completed and almost completed. |
Please with regards to the sections "Examination results/Title, Average grade, and Study points achieved" could someone be kind and clarify what should be filled respectively. Thanks |
coolbibz:But of course I understand what you mean which is why I tried to pass a message without making myself seem all that. I completed nysc before masters though. When I say original I do not mean an entirely new concept, I mean that in the context of the Nigerian economy for which such would be relatively new. Now a friend I know of who decided staying at home wasn't cutting it and went around fast food outlets and the likes trying to discover a major issue affecting their services. From the replies she got from a survey conducted via knowledge from the projects all final year students carry out she has been able to become a supplier of a product to these establishments gradually building her customer base. So yes some one dealt the wrong hand of the Nigerian educational system, might find moving toward bleak with stringent conditions for recruitment like this. But all I want to say is that opportunities indeed abound. |
PHIPEX:Well I'm 22 and I've completed nysc and master's, so not to sound arrogant but this people aim to get the best and try to make the entry requirements as rigid as possible. However, Nigeria in its present state has limitless opportunities which creative ones are tapping into. It would be wise if you and everyone could channel productivity into any original idea no matter how insignificant it might seem. |
Hey everyone, is there anyone schooling/living in or around central london. |
So happy, I got my visa today after 12 working days. Thanks to justwise for the advice you ave me and other people on this forum. Anyone going to a London uni on Saturday? Don't know what airline to use |
Hmmn this waiting period is stressful, since 3pm yesterday its been saying 'processed passport on transit" unlike my first application where it changed by 9pm and i also got a text. I don't know if i should go to the vfs centre ikeja and ask in person?? |
Huzzie: People do that a lot because NYSC prints your certificate after camp...but I can never advise anybody to go through the back door.I'm purely LegitSo happy I stumbled on this thread, I'm also inthe same shoes as I got a scholarship for Msc in a Uk school. I am also to pass out in October this year but my school"s latest start date is 23rd Sept, and if I'm not there I'll have to forfiet the scholarship. So please give me the legit advice because I don't want to use someone and end up in more problems cos of my Nysc certificate. Thanks |
humble_dove: [EDITED] Yes, you're right sir. The rules also said that the 28 days will be counted from the day of closing balance(print date) backwards. So in essence, they should count from print date backwards and once 28 days is reached, discard other transactions above. I think that's the logical thing to do although I don't trust them (ECOs) because of what they did to me. And please sir, help advise on my question. Thanks. You are very correct, I used my father's statement which was even dated back to 2012, but just made sure the rule that states the money should be in the account for 28 consecutive days was followed and the balance at the end of the statement covering the stated rule was not more than 31 days prior to my visa application. These people simply stick to their rules, we applicants simply make mistakes in interpretin them. |
fg17: Oh! Good to know you are femaleHaha, your sarcasm is a bit lost on me, anyway have you gotten accommodation yet? |
Abbasufi: IN 1 SENTENCE. GO FOR ITForego the certificate? |
Gods-child:So I shouldn't bother going to the state coordinator but look for someone to collect it. |
fg17: Am will be heading to IOE University of London, within the same vicinity with SOAS. Let's hook up and make plan man. Good to meet you.Hello, i'm a female thou , just saw from further posts that u received a scholarship..congrats! Where do you stay? |
