No, he shouldn't have prob at the POE because of the CAS, he will be fine. Tell him to email the school to inform them that he has been issued a visa so as to keep his admission active

I am so happy I hope I have a got a visa on my passport, finally the wait has been over. All my Manchester uni people that has traveled, how is the orientation and fresher's week going so far. How is everyone settling in? I'm expecting my own good news soon.

You will get yours in Jesus name. Everything is going on well. A lot of society fair, parties, free pizza , fre things, induction lectures and all other stuffs. Some people have started lectures. As for me, i'll be starting next week Monday(MBS-M.Sc Finance)

Pls I nid ur help Adim asap...I submitted ma application and had an interview on d 26th of august bt I wux called on d 11th of sept by d embassy tellin me dat I shuld come fr anoda interview @ der deputy high commission @ walter callington V.I on d 23rd of sept by 7.30 am wif only ma collection slip....am kinda freakin out cux I paid ma fees in full and had all ma documents submitted.plus ova 3million naira in ma account fr unkeep...wondering wat d interview is all about ??

You have nothing to worry about then as your application is in order. May be they want to find out more information regarding your immigration history or background. When is your latest resumption date? Have you been or lived in the uk before?

You are likely to get it about 5 days after your interview.

The collection slip will serve as a form of ticket into the embassy.

No I dont. am also surprised at why they are calling tier 4 applicants for a second interview when they know that schools in UK are resuming this week and next week.

Is there no one going to Lancaster University other than me on Nairaland?

For nairalander going to sheffield, better to book your flights to manchester and get a national express coach to sheffield or preferable a train to sheffield.

Nairalander pls note if you are not carrying more than 37kg luggage including hand lugage... yoi can fly emirate.

If your luggage is more fly other airline with generous liggage allowance.

Klm, arik (most generous with 64kg), air france, BA, air maroc (not d best but cheap).
