You can't. Best you can do is get a highly Customizable launcher like Nova launcher. It's stock Android and Customization isn't a prioritized Feature on these phones.

Another thing you can do is root your device and then you'd have unlimited Customization possibilities. Don't ask me how though LoL. That's up to you to decide.
