It's a complete NO for me I can't be thanking my boss for paying my salary, I worked for it and deserve it, it's my right and not a privilege, it's the money I deserve after rendering my service and not a mere token or cash gift from my boss so I don't have to thank him because it's his responsibility to ensure my salary is paid at the end of service rendered

It shouldnt be by false it should be by choice, I don't thank my boss for my salary but believe me I have the best relationship with her more than those that thank her, am her personal assistant and belive me I do my job very well, I can even work on the day that is supposed to be my off day or weekend just to appreciate her for employing me and to contribute my quota to make sure everything is in order, in my takes that should be the only way to thank her and appreciate her. Nobody is talking about gra gra here, if you read my statement clearly I mentioned the only way to appreciate my boss is by putting more effort and quota and also despleasing myself to make the company excel, if only u are not hardworking or u are trying to be a notice me or doing eye service is when you need to thank ur boss for ur salary, my dear friend you are not dash that money u earned it with ur swet and blood, so why should you be thanking every months for your salary? Talking about employee and employer relationship it goes beyond thanking your boss for your salary, don't tell me you are one of those employers with such mentality.

My boss will always emphasize in our general meeting and will not fail to mention piple that always thank her every month after receiving their salary, I will be like thanks for the reward of my hard work? The only way I should appreciate you for my salary is putting more effort, sometimes despleasing myself to contribute my quota to make the company excel.
