cyril83: bruv! The race is very far from jogging,it's an endurance race which every pains must be endured until you get to d gate at d given time,if you are unable to meet up with the time,you will be locked outside d gate which means you are out.

If you really want to meet up with the time,you better make it running and jogging, this will also give you more strength and you will be free from any injuries.

idris4r83: emmanuel I don't think postponing the running is a good idea cos it is not as easy as saying 3.2km in 18minutes (lol). D day I started I was like 3.2km is just from here to there na, But my brother when I start It surprised me that i cannot even reach a kilometer without panting like a dog and I couldnt even go further. Don't take chances, even if its weekends. Is even better to practice the running than the press ups and sit ups cos I don't think they will test u 4 that, but running is a must and is just like a gate once u pass that 18min they close the gate and that's all so don't procrastinate till d d-day when many people will b screened out 4 just a slightest opportunity they could have passed. Wishing us success.
