Remarkable: so if EDO is in the SS, so are Rivers and Imo etc... you have to deduct these from the 19 states you were boasting APC has.
That APC has "over 19 states" as you stipulate does not count, in you guys' words.. it is irrelevant. An APC governor in the east can not convince 25% of his people to vote Buhari, not to mention carry the state as one in which the APC will have a majority...
So where are you with you calculations now... nowhere, right? isn't the best thing to do, wait? The 19 states are from NE-NW -NC-SW APC where APC IS wining. |

Remarkable: But Edo is an APC state? so aren't you double counting? lol you're funny, the way you guys white-washed and presented Buhari to us as an agent of change is how you have come with voodoo counting and statistics thinking we'll just buy whatever you say... come off it, o nweghi ebe unu ji azu aga. Edo is SS and we all know how SS votes will go, including Rivers and Imo.All APC needs is 25% I those states. But PDP was banking on the NC, well APC just got collected Kwara, Kogi and Niger. |

incrediblestev: I am not interested in your personal opinions and bias projections, they are not facts, wishful thinking won't win the elections. The fact is that if we were to go by the previous elections, it is clear that any candidate that has the ability to command block votes from an entire region is at an advantage, Jonathan can still pull appreciable votes from Buhari's stronghold, the same can not be sad for Buhari. I am from Imo state and I know how the vote has gone so far, it is still largely a PDP affair there, at least at the presidential level, don't let the fact that Rochas moved to APC fool you into believing Igbo people will vote Buhari to the point of 25%, that is not going to happen, I can place a bet on that. Let's talk facts and leave sentiments aside. We have been talking fact, until you descend to these. Fact:Buhari already have 25% in Ondo,Ekiti, Benue and Edo. GEJ strong hold. Fact: Buhari has won18 states. From NW,NE,SW and NC. And who told you APC won't get 25% in Imo and Rivers. You only know your location. |
Politics › Re: PDP Wins Enugu LG By Landslide by emmatok(m): 12:02am On Mar 30, 2015 |
Remarkable: in the NC, don't forget Benue, Nassarawa, Taraba... or are they "irrelevant" and "don't count" as you APC fans regard PDP's votes? lol
You want 40% in Imo and Rivers? really? na so long throat long reach? lol APC will get 40% in Benue, Nassarawa, Taraba. But the requirements is 25% in 24 states. We need Rivers and Imo. We already have good % in Edo, Ondo and Ekiti. |

Politics › Re: PDP Wins Enugu LG By Landslide by emmatok(m): 11:25pm On Mar 29, 2015 |
incrediblestev: Follow the trend, GEJ is surely going to get block vote from the eastern region, that is going to be a sizeable chunk, you can wishfully deny it's importance but it will firm the basis of victory, Buhari is not going to command block votes from NE and NW, the SW votes is already balkanized votes as PDP wants it so since it us considered to be am APC stronghold. Jonathan may not necessarily win big in Kano Yobe, Sokoto, Katsina, Borno but he will get sizeable votes to swell his block votes from the east that will be cancelling votes from the aforementioned States. The NC is actually the main deciding factor not SW that has been shared..... PDP expects to break ties from NC States not SW. No amount of block vote for SS/SE is going to affect Buhari vote from north.Go check the INEC figure. Edo,Imo and Rivers are not going to give GEJ block votes.Buhari will get 40% in those states. The NC is already going to Buhari with Kogi, Niger and Kwara falling to the APC. |

incrediblestev: You are not getting my point, yes he won in most of the Southwest States but what was the percentage of votes he got from the region when compared to the other regions that actually decided the votes for Jonathan, the SW was the least, the whole region did not even gave up to 3million votes even though he won in most of the states in the region, if the less than 3million votes were to removed from Jonathan's 22million votes, he still would have won clearly, how does that make the SW a deciding region. It is either newspapers and Yoruba Journalists deliberately arrogate so much importance to the region than it actually has or it is a lie that has some how been confused as the truth. Try check the INEC register SE has the least voters in Nigeria. The voter Buhari will get from the North will cancel every voters registered in the SS/SE. If GEJ don't win the SW, he will loose the elections. |
Family › Re: Pls Help!! My Wife Fought With My Mother Following A Quarrel. What Should I Do? by emmatok(m): 8:28am On Mar 28, 2015 |
MadCow1: My take..
First and foremost Sir, you are a married man and your loyalty is to your wife and kids not your mother. This is the harsh and hard truth.
Secondly your mother has the least right when it comes to making demands in your matrimonial home. The mother of the baby refused to give her pictures of the baby and she has every right to do so because she is the mother. Remember that your mother's beef with your wife stems primarily from the fact that she is your mother so technically she is being served with her own medicine.
And the fact that your mother threw the first slap is even most shocking to me. Some wives would have laid her out with one blow.
Finally, if all efforts to genuinely broker peace fails, then in the interest of your immediate family, keep your mother in her home and keep your wife in hers. Nothing says they must be friends. But in all, your primary interest should be towards your wife not your mother. And when his wife leaves him, he will run back to his mother. Well our mothers are always forgiven. |

ugwum007: there is no fire without smoke. that woman is your wife, while should the mum slap her in the first place. to tell u the truth, your mum is a visitor in your matrimony home and should abide by the norms and condition set be the wife. we nigerians are very sentimental about issues, the mum should be educated enough to know that you can't slap some people and go scot free especially if u re in the person's home. You forget that she's also the daughter inlaw to the woman. If she can slap her Mother in law, then she can slap her biological mother. |

Osas001: My advice stay and keep your family working. it's not right to send your wife out of the house on the grounds of family instruction.. this is 2015, not 1982 where families decide on whatever they feel like and then leave the pain to you and kids... No matter what, keep ur family intact... Mothers can be the sweetest and also can be the most annoying sometimes, but if she meant peace shld wouldn't have slapped ur wife or take such a decision while you were not at home... No matter what. your Mom will always remain your Mom, no family decision can change that, but as for your wife, it's ur happiness and kids happiness and ur Godly ordained blessings that they want to trample upon. May God give you a complete wisdom to handle the issue right... If it were me, I would scold my mom, my sistrr get friend and the family that said or gave the instruction... What they won't accept, they shld rub it off on u.. Simple! This is 2015 and divorce rate is on the high side. The wife is behaving that way to separate t he man from his mother. This woman will destroying the man, then ru away.Thats code of 2015 selfish wifey. I won't sacrifice my happiness for any selfish woman. Marriage is not a must. |

barcanista: Make them de deceive themselves say them go wing 75% north. 2003: Buhari got 12m when he contested against Obj under ANPP. ANPP had about 8 Governors that time.
2007: Buhari got 6.6m votes when he ran against Yaradua under ANPP. Anpp had 6 Governors as incumbents.
2011: He sran against GEJ and Got 12million votes.
Notice that he always score 12m against Christian Candidates but less against Muslim/Northern Yaradua.
This time, the vote will not be any much different. He doesn't even come close in all previous elections. He de depend on Old ACN wey no fit win SW for Atiku( 2007) and Ribadu(2011). Na loser jare!!! Lol@NL analyst. You forget that Buhari will get lots of voters from SE/SS. The SW has changed from 2011, the candidates the for 2011 elections was Ribadu. This is the first time Buhari will be getting lots of voters from the SW. |

wiseoneking: Pls before you start rejoicing be aware that there are atleast 2 million igbo voters in NW minus other minority southernerns and Christians that will change the tide. Go further and ask them here in Lagos and know the power of the igbo votes. SE zone is different from Igbo population. Remeber to always multiply the SE zone population by two, then you would appreciate the number of voters. By the way, SE has the lowest number of non indegines living in their zone. we will always give Jona a bulk voute of 98 but never in kano or other states/ SE PVC collections show how irrelevant SE voting power will be during the election. The same Igbos threatened Fashola with their votes and Fashola still won. Most Igbos have started shouting about the security issues on saturday, Some will stay at home, some will travel and few will vote. |
