I cannot agree less
We all know OBJ and his desire for African statesmanship. He jumps onto any bandwagon that portrays him as a statesman in Africa.
He fought Jonathan tooth and nail for obvious reasons to the extent of anticipating the now infamous "Gbagbo treatment" on him
But Jonathan certainly has the last laugh. If he wins the for leadership in Africa, OBJ might commit suicide.
I have not researched the modality for this award but i am very sure that both Buhari and OBJ will scuttle the opportunity for Jonathan if they have any role to play in that award.
Every word that came out of the mouth of OBJ regarding Jonathan was laden with so much hatred that you almost think they had pre existing issues to settle. I guess we all have to wait and see.
Whats so special about Mo Ibrahim award, that will it be giving OBJ sleepless night.
OBJ is a member of many African and international organizations.

OBJ was still relevant, even after his third term saga.
GEJ is a quiet man and so he will be after May 29, while OBJ will be pushing the Western interest all over Africa.
The West don't really like GEJ .

The fulani herdsmen were not left out in the terrorism .gej fights boko haram, they said it was injustice.gej kept quiet they said he was not a strong leader. They insulted him, they insulted patience.men! I follow
politics in other countries and I can say that the insults are never as such.Today buhari is president and of course he is born to rule.if the niger delta militants decide to blow up the oil pipelines today , what would you say, abuse them, call them names, kill them. This is not 1983.this is 2015, democratic era. So let us mind the way we insult ourselves here otherwise the militants should not be blamed if they take up arms. In addition, buhari should ensure he apologises for the mayhem caused by his statements after the previous election and the execution of nigerians even over cock theft.
Once he can start from there then I would know that the change is for real.
The same Militants with properties and investments all over the Nigeria and Arab countries(Dubai,Saudi e.t.c) ?

Asari can start his war with his wives and children in the frontline.

Pls!!!!! Pls spare me all dis gibberish you wrote up there for cry out and loud. You and i know that you r just being mischievous and hypocritical wt that post of yours and I strongly believed that you know what you are doing but you just chose to pretend as if the trouble is being asked for by the people at the other side of divide when it was the same Asari that usually asked for trouble by threatening the existence of this country. Are we suppose to keep quiet simply cos one idiottt called Asari is chatting shiitt

I have personally sent him a message on his Facebook account and let me see him on a battlefield instead of hiding in the Creek when the battle comes to his doorstep.

I want him to stay in Nigeria with his family cos I want his immediate family to feel the pain Asari is asking for. Ojukwu fled and left his people at the mercy of Nigeria army but this time around, everything Asari ll not leave this country alive. What arrant nonsense! Life and let other live.

The stupid thing abt war is that the same Ijaws or Igbos you are trying to protect will be killed like chickens in front of you as their leader but you won't be able to do anything abt it cos you r equally trying to survive. So why do you want to subject your people; the innocent children, the fragile elders and babies as well as vulnerable women to this repulsive war.

The total number of Igbos killed in the North In 60s was not up to 100,000 people but Ojukwu decided to go to war and ended up killing approximately 3 million people. Does that make sense? No

Awolowo refused to take his people to war out of wisdom and perfect calculation. He knew that the northern soldiers are all over d place in South West and the lives of his people Will be in danger if he goes to war.....

War can only be fought and won with wisdom
The people making Noise here are the Igbos.

Asari and ND will be treated well. They are just Positioning himself for better contracts.
Don't forget Asari was an ACN member, ND will improve greatly.

You should just shut up! You've been clowning around on this forum for a long time but it seems your stupi.dity is without limit!

Ibos made their bed, now they MUST lie on it! No one forced you to vote against APC, but now you want to benefit from their toil, hardwork and sweat? There was nothing dangerous when Ibos supported a man who watched 15K - 20K Nigerians killed and yet supported him! It could never be more dangerous to let Ibos go and work hard to gain political office and relevance! As it is, the Senate Presidency MUST stay in APC, with someone and a region that is all-legs and all-fingers in and not a loser people who are still dreaming of biafrua. Did the NC work hard for APC, heck they did, and if any APC strongman is there, he should get the seat! If Ibos don't like it, they can go and start working hard against 2019 and hope they come to vote with their brains functioning at that time. Again, the Yorubas you abuse and insult have shown you why they built an empire that lasted for more than 505 years while you were still in your forests, eating each other! The same Yorubas were responsible for giving Jonathan the opportunity to lead Nigeria from OBJ to Save Nigeria Group, but Ibos were quick to claim the credit for something they did not work for!

Well, in another 4 years time, would you still be begging for political relevance or you'd be working hard after learning from the behemoths of political sagacity and mental superiority in the South of Nigeria called the Yorubas! For a sensible people, you should be looking for a few of your smartest brains to go and learn under Asiwaju Tinubu, otherwise you'd be politically extinct soon!
Hmm !

If APC is dead in Igboland why you want APC senators to vote for an IGBO PDP?

If Igbos want Senate president, they should decamp to APC.

PoliticsRe: Buhari's Presidency: Tribalism Wins Competence by emmatok(m): 12:42pm On Apr 01, 2015
FreeGlobe:
There is no reason why Nigeria should continue being a united country when we now place ethnic interests over competence and performance. The yorubas have supported with the hausas to return to the status quo of their born to rule. I don't expect any democracy dividend from a buhari presidency for the masses because Buhari didn't even present a manifesto. All he did was sell his ethnicity to his north while the yorubas did for their region.
Jonathan has done more for the north than any president from the north and yet tribalism defeated him. I want to ask all igbos to boycott this government and prepare for the next election with awareness and tribalism. Igbos should make sure that they are not shortchanged in the upcoming census. There is no reason why katsina should have more population than Anambra.

Enough said!
And the SS voted based on the same Tribalism.
Do you expect a region ravaged by wars for four years to Vote GEJ.
