I am waiting for CAN and PFN to deny these allegation. But if it is true, CAN/PFN finally lost their credibility in Nigeria. Because GEJ won't be president for ever, and we will have new king over Nigeria, which knew not GEJ.
I thought men of GOD should be able to see the future, but not in Nigeria. |

Meanwhile, I have Yoruba folks that are very reasonable when it comes to national issues, all yorubas are not traitors. Because the Yorubas always have divided views about Nigeria politics. Unlike the SS, SE people, the Yoruba people have never unilaterally supported any Politicians. Awo main opponents are Yorubas, the same for Abiola, OBJ and Tinubu. That's why Yoruba politics is sophisticated. |

Let me put on record that Nigeria would have secured debt relief under anyone as Minister of Finance. President Obasanjo secured debt relief for Nigeria. Much of his first term was used to get Nigeria back into the international community and to campaign for debt relief. Before you were sworn in as Minister of Finance, President Bush visited Nigeria and both of us accompanied President Obasanjo during the meeting. There, Mr. Bush promised to support Nigeria with debt relief and asked our president to ensure that he met the conditions of the Paris Club. Obasanjo mobilized the global political support and coordinated all of us to ensure that the government met the check-list of ‘conditionalities’ as required. FINAL BLOW |

EMANY01: I wouldn't even bother to remind you that after the Odi incident, the militants shut down Nigeria's oil production from 2.1 million to 900,000 barrels a day which will the situation all through OBJ last year in office. FOR THAT REASON AND THAT REASON ALONE the decision was made yo select a vice president from the Niger Delta specifically Ijaw. The rest is history. Feel free to restate you own version of Events. Militants have been shutting down oil production since Abacha regime and the oil is still flowing, let them do a total shutting down and let's see who will suffer. Those Generals got enough oil and gas investment outside Nigerian shores. But your militants be treated like international criminals while thier oil Will be useless. People like Asari will have to forfeit all his investment outside Nigeria. |
Politics › Re: War Threats: Niger Delta Ex-militants Give Danjuma 7-day Ultimatum by emmatok(m): 11:30pm On Jan 31, 2015 |
[s] EMANY01: I mentioned once that if the militants got a reason to come out once again iyr will be near impossible for the government to contain them and someone said the the military now has the means to deal decisively with them. I asked him how he is so confident and it he knew Nigeria's order of battle (orbat) which clearly shows that the military can not afford an escalation of Militant activities in theND as things are in the NE . If the North East suddenly mellows after a Buhari inauguration(GOD Forbid) it only convinces those in the South who were deceived that BoKo Haram was a construct of the Northern Elite . That the government/military now has a few or a bunch assault helicopters' (hinds)? would not matter at all. If the Niger Delta militants were preparing for trouble, they have had four years to prepare. Hopefully they will not make the people their targets but the economy and the oil industry sustaining infrastructure . Unlike boko haram every one ,every strata of the society in Nigeria will feel the impact. Any pilot who flies missions to the ND should be prepared. They better have received training in evasion of Surface To AIR missiles. The Russian SA 9 from Gadaffis stockpile abounds the black market, this in addition to many Chinese copies of both the SA 9 and the American Stinger missile. The Nigerian militaries' aviation attrition rate is insanely high in peace time when no one is shooting back, throw in an airspace over the creek's filled with the threat of anti aircraft weaponry, and the military will just have to park their surviving airframes and approach the problem on land(on the mostly murky swampy ground). Afghanistan in the eighties Is a well documented example of how even a powerful army stands to be routed by a ragtag band of outlaws on home ground.Quite simply, pilots and planes mostly the (attack choppers) went to Afghanistan to DIE. The afghan theatre was mountainous and with sparse vegetation which ordinarily should have been advantageous for the well trained Russian pilots but they still got routed in a large percentage of the encounters.Compare this situation with the Niger Delta mangrove swamp, creeks which gives a lot of covering both visual and infra red so using sensors will achieve limited success and will not dramatically improve the performance of the airborne search and destroy missions. A minor advantage is for the military is that just as the creeks offer cover for the militants, they can't just use the SAMs everywhere in the creeks. They would have to be careful to find small openings in the vegetative cover lest the missile shot is wasted and their position given away. Tangentially, aviation charter business will ground to a halt almost instantaneously as a result of the new threat. Add this to the problems on the ground caused by the activities of militants in and around the creeks, coastlines and a little distance out at sea. Any energy infrastructure that feeds outside the ND (pipeline -gas-crude-refined products), power lines, etc will be game. The only safe petroleum installations would be the ones far out at sea. Hard times await the oil industry and by extension the economy. All these people DELUDING themselves that buhari as president will deal with the Militants make me laugh.I have a question for them though:will the military buhari will use be different from the military we have now.Even if you remove the current high command, would it still not be the same rank and file fighting boko haram they will use? [/s] Buhari is not GEJ and he won't hesitate to arrest GEJ and it gangs members if ND crisis erupts. You will be shocked the way Nigerian Military will deal with those militants, because we know Boko-haram fighting is political. |

Keep dancing around, If Buhari is elected the US will support him 100%. While you're burning down your SS, your oil will be moving. Go check the history of resources in Africa, the producing regions are always volatile, while the peaceful region control the resources. Saro wiwa and the Ogoni crisis is classic example. |

rhymz: The point is not whether this is NAT or proxy server .... The point here is the randomness of the timing with which the ips were being assigned..... What is the probability that 500 users in the network range of 82.145.210.xx will vote for only Buhari at the same time just immediately after the last Jonathan user in a different network 82.145.209.xx voted. The only explanation is that it is the same user that is being assigned dynamically a range of public ip addresses probably by a proxy server and not even a NAT process. There was obviously something malicious going on there that was not your normal NAT process..... Stuff looks like a proxy shit..... And only malicious users are quick to want to use a proxy. A good cheat will definitely give some votes to GEJ to avoid suspicion. That IP is a public IP, e.g If MTN sell 5000 modems they will all be on one IP address the only difference are the MDN(MOBILE NUMBER). |
