Mbamally:
Whether it’s the sweet perks, ulimited
opportunities or management structure,
there are some companies who just
know how to take good care of their
employees.

Job community site Jobberman released a
survey for Best Places to Work, which measured
employee satisfaction, overall experience and
commitment across employers in Nigeria.
The 2013 Best Companies to Work rankings
include 50 multinationals , 45 majorly Nigerian companies and 12 government agencies.

https://jbng-blog.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/100bestdata.jpg

To ascertain the companies that were the best
places to work, conducted
surveys of more than 10,000 employees in
Nigeria. Over 5000 companies were submitted
by 10,482 respondents (experienced, entry level
and exec management). 89% of those who filled
the survey were gainfully employed. Only
companies with at least 100 full-time permanent
employees were considered.

The index was calculated by getting a weighted
average of each recipient’s top 5 companies and
dream company to work for. Recipients also
selected workplace metrics that mattered to
them in making these choices – Company
Culture, Salary, Non-Salary Benefits, Proximity
to Company Location, Prestige/Company Brand,
Management Integrity and commitment to staff
welfare.

From the survey results, there is clearly hope for
indigenous companies in the next few decades
as they continue to grow and dominate the
economic landscape amidst existence of
established multinationals doing business in
Nigeria.

I guarantee two out of the three companies that approached him are financial institutions that have nothing doing with a chemical engineer.

If this dude isn't working in the lucrative oil and gas sector, then I'll suggest he should grab a scholarship and continue his studies in a more reputable institution of learning abroad.
Oil companies in Nigeria don't give on the spot employment anymore. He shud seek quality education while searching for jobs depending on his career plan.

But Unilag CGPA system make sense sha. School wen value him students. cheesy

Moyes will learn with time,he will learn to be a charismatic and outspoken manager not the silent grumbler he is right now when referees behave as if Man utd is responsible for their failures in life.
The beginning may be rough, but the End will be victorious for man utd,its not easy changing a team manager of 23 years.
He just need to do away with cleverly, valencia and young...My wish for this trio in every match is out of season injury because they are as useless as the P in psychology.
Above all,Glory Glory Manchester United,we shall rise again because we are the pride of British football.

Even the gals re claiming dat d males dat take good gals for granted and run after d bad gals, re boys or kids or somfin. D question dat ensues is dis: d gals assuming dat dey deyy shud b treated right, re dey d good gals? Now who and who's d bad gals? How do guys identify Dem? Most gals re hiding under d umbrella of good gals nw and blaming d guys..........I believe dat if a gal has a worth and she makes dat worth known by d guy, d guy wud value her. As simple as xYZ
