I would have summarized in 5-8 words or 1 sentence my problem or my need so i can get help.

Anyway i have gone to your profile to read your "help a newbie" post, why not reach out to IG support or FB support to find out why they are unable to carry out deduction? Their error response can be clearer than what your bankers may understand and tell you.

Hope that can work, let me know if it does.

And again i feel it is not my facebook but my atm which is not verified.
Because i tried linking it to my paypal but failed try instagram but failed.

My Issue
I took a step to start affiliate marketing, I learn a little about it myself from youtube and PDFs. I have gotten my products, niche and my affiliate links.
Next step is since I don't have a website, I decided to create a landing page for the link.

Now Here Is My main Problems.
I create a facebook page for my products, but can't run ads,I can't create facebook ads manager account, I don't know why?
Maybe is because I use free facebook.

Another problem is, since facebook refuse to show me love, I move to instagram create a professional page for my products.
After creation, I decided to test their ads then my atm card refuse to verify despite having little funds in it.
I don't know why but it keeps showing till now.
I went to the bank to complain as usual, but the attendant to me to call the number behind the card.
I called one of the 3 numbers and all what you hear is advertisment till my airtime finish.

Right now am confused about what to do.
please anyone who know a way can help me and I will highly appreciate him or her.
And if you have been in such problem before,pls share to give others motivation...

if i am right, a graduate and a postgraduate program means almost the same thing and yes i am doing a graduate program. About the business, you need a license here oo, if you want to do business only if it's not the legal way. But depending on the business you want to do you can make enquires
Ofcourse, as a student you get a work permit but it is limited yearly ( 120 full days and 240 part time)
