Good morning nairalanders. I run a Pos business in Polo club axis in Port Harcourt. Recently my landlord came with a quit notice asking all tenants to quit within two weeks because the Governor had lebelled and claimed the property from them due to non compliant documentation / certification. The dilemma is that my entire capital is about the cost of an accommodation in a moderate part of town. What would you do if youre in my shoes, get an accommodation even if it would take huge part of your capital or keep the capital in the business until it yields the profit for the rent. Advice please. |
