We've had presidents with university education now, jonathan was a PhD holder, how did that fact distinctively distinguishes how he governed?

There are a lot of top government officials with sterling formal education who actually handle the nitty-gritty ofdevelopment, how are they faring?

The University is filled and run by professors, doctors and such. While undergraduates and post grads constitutes the larger populace. However, is the University System and Environment as a Whole the greatest proponent of character and civilization you'd like replicated in all spheres of nigeria?
