Nigeria is a dynamic country and full of different kinds of people. Dynamic in the sense that what was said today could be denied tomorrow.
The 5000 stipend gave majority of people a glimmer of hope that something would be done by the incubent government. When this is to be given effect,it was rejected and now being criticised.

It should be given effect because section 224 declares that political parties' aims and objectives should conform to the provision of chapter 2 of 1999 constitution. And looking at this 5000 thing,section 16(2) d declares that The state shall direct its policy towards ensuring....national minimum living wage,old age care and pensions,and unemployment,sick benefits.....
Looking back to the past no govt has got that type of manifesto if i'm right. Whether it is accepted or rejected the govt has nothing to lose as they cannot be challenged anywhere. Not even in court.

I don't know why this 5000 thing is facing criticism though it is small but it is something. All the criticisms have no fundamental base but just the chewing and mouthing of idle nonsense.

We need help. My friend graduated 11yeras ago with 2:2 (CGPA : 3.47). He ordered for his transcript few months ago for his MBA programm and discovered that the school made a mistake. When we recalculate the scores we discovered that the correct CGPA is 3.52 which is second class upper.
