Please help! I have been trying to login to my mutual funds account for almost a week now with no luck. I can login to stanbic bank app successfully and carry out transactions but I can't log in to mutual funds. Each time I try to log in, It will approve my finger print then stay for like one minute then time me out with a massage "web error" . I'm still using the old app. I couldn't download the new app because the reviews I saw wasn't encouraging. I've sent them an email but no response yet.

Mine was 1million but I later increased it to 2.5million through the mobile app. You should check to see if you will be able to do more than that if need be.

Unless if it just changed, I lost capital on four occasions in 2017 when I did premature termination of my treasury bills to invest in the stock market. After prorating my interest, I was charged a percentage of the fund I invested. I had this experience with First Bank and UBA

I chose a device right from when the portal to chose a device was opened. And l have learnt recently that receipts are being sent to individuals email address for this purpose.
