The PayPal acct involved is yours and you own the primary email that was used to open the acct, so ure the one to recieve that particular email from PayPal ...

You can claim any other thing that hasn't made u pay him but the reason I accused you is because of that claim u made and ure saying you're an exchanger ...

Anyway, pay the dude no matter what happened to your acct...

I paid @emmyk his full money yesterday even tho my PayPal got limited immediately he withdrew to me...
