Option 1:Inec will hold elections in all the other states except in bornu state.when the military is satisfy with bornu state only then will elections be conducted there.

Option 2: inec will postpone the election to ending of april,since by then the security chiefs would have be through with boko haram in bornu and gonverance would have be re-instated in all the 3 states.

If the elections is done without removing boko haram APC will shout foul,they will say why will some states be left out.most especially if they lose.

Again most likely JeGa tenure may be completing little by little if the time is of the election is postpone and GEJ will then replace him.i think Jega will like that now.
