Yes Imolites are trooping to Anambra for their livelihood. At least about 2million of them as at 2017.

Mr. Okpara..Imo is least in the southern Nigeria. Imo state has the least size of economy.

Imo state has the least IGR.

Imo state people are running to other states for economic survival.

Imo state is among the top 3 most indebted state in Nigeria. Though others have something to show but Imo state has nothing anywhere on ground to show.

It is time genuine Imolites start asking questions.

ok imo state is the least, I accept but what position is anambra state cos I can't see them at 5th or 10th position here.
I see no reason why at this age you are still comparing anambra and imo instead of comparing anambra and Lagos.
Anambra and imo is still at baby's development when compared to Abidjan and Accra. I traveled to these places and I can tell you, we have a long way to go. I laughed at ur comment when you said imo state guys trip into anambra for livelihood. I was like you smoke weed?

Oga wake up and travel to Lagos, Accra and Abidjan. I don't need to mention USA but take ur time to visit the place and see what they call development.
Stop all this child comparison.

Using "even" to qualify Ebonyi already shows your arrongance and stupiidity. Ebonyi is doing well to the glory of all Igbos but your State is deceiving itself.

On the issue of IGR the Imo Government has already put in place both ongoing and completed infrastructure that will help do that in future. Okorocha is not bent on achieving high IGR during his term which is why he banned Keke which is a high IGR yielder and demolished dirty markets that could yield immediate money for the State. If his interest is money he could have increased Keke rate and allowed them remain in the city. Okorocha wants to achieve a decent State that will grow decently and not Okada and Keke State.
You have spoken well to enlightened that Mr proud but I thought imo is the 5th richest state in Nigeria. Is that true?

Igbos going to Owerri from where they live in Bayelsa and PH maybe. Which was one of my original points.

If I visit SE/SS Enugu is top of my list along with Calabar and Uyo.I'll visit Owerri if I have the time.
you are entitled to your opinion I must confess. I was in owerri recently and I really enjoyed myself, I was at the Christmas in owerri, I even took selfie there. The whole place look beautiful. Owerri is becoming a place to be and to stay.
My problem with owerri is how they stop keke from entering the main town in owerri. I was coming from akabo area when I stop keke man and he said his last bstop is amawire..
But seriously, the tarred roads in owerri really transform the state..

The Nigerian people here need to understand that
We mean them good and we seriously want them to deal with their issues.
When we look West North and East, there's nowhere we can visit for leisure. Our only options are South Africa Namibia Botswana Kenya Ethiopia and Tanzania.

We also want the opportunity to tour a country closer to us that we can always visit to spend our weekend just like you guys have Ghana that is alway there for you to visit.

Unfortunately we Ghanaians, we dont
We have to go all the way to SA when ever we decide not to stay in Ghana for the holidays.

Get your shit together Nigeria
Jesus Christ, why we I visit Ghana for leisure. See I am Igbo man from Nigeria, we see Ghana as a place we can milk the land for business not for leisure. Nigeria has a lot of beautiful places we can go for leisure, places like tinapa, obudu cattle ranch, waterfall etc.
When banky w an artist from Nigeria, do u know where he did his wedding? In south Africa so if Ghana is OK and fantastic, he would have suggested let us go to Ghana. Ghana constant light is due to her small population that's not more than three state in Nigeria..
Those comparing Ghana and other west African country with Nigeria re nothing but ignorance.

does it matter, why are you people even creating threads about Ghana on this site? shouldnt all thread be about Nigerians ? why this obsession?
nobody is creating thread about Ghana unnecessary, someone is talking about his experience in Ghana which is allowed or part of the travel section. So there's nothing bad in it. I even take my time to read some comments, I never knew u guys re chest beating about your countries. Nigeria is too big to be compared with Ghana, Ivory coast,Togo or Benin republic.
I know the only problems we may have is constant light which is not 24hours but right now its BTW 18hours day due to improvement and we're getting there but when we talks about infrastructure, industries, company entertainment,Nigeria has it if you travel to other states in Nigeria to do the holistic comparison.
Despite the civil war, the coup ,bad leaders we still progressing forward, I read one of ur comments where you said Muslim north in Nigeria is more populated than the Christian, I laughed at your ignorance cos u only read things media cos even in the North we have more Christian there.
To your tents oh Israel.

Have you been to ivory coast before

The infrastructure there will put both Lagos and Abuja to shame

A country without steady light is what you are calling a country with Advanced infrastructure?

LMAO grin grin
have been to ivory coast,I stayed around abata side,I still can't believe they have steady light at Abijan and they're not making mouth like the Ghanian.
Abijan have a place like ajah which have water axis.
Taking taxi from abatta to Felix international airport in Abijan is 3500cefa not that expensive but from Kumasi bstop it's lower there cos airport is not far from there.
But bro, ivory coast is beautiful city but Accra has a nice structure and a beautiful places than ivory.

Lagos need to have constant light on her own cos foreigners who pay more visit there..
Lagos need to involves on drastic development on time cos anyone that one to come to Nigeria will first pay visit to Lagos before any other places in Nigeria.

Nigeria control what ?
We provide a save haven do good people in Nigeria to have a sound mind to keep their money
Ghana is an expensive place to live period and there are reasons why.
Our consumer taxes are way higher and it's going to get even higher if government decides to take the current suggestion that will enable that country tax every single Ghanaian that deserve to pay tax.
what am saying is that, majority of the products consume in Accra, Ghana came from Nigeria. Eg indomie, viju milk, lacasera ,minerals etc .
All these products passed through borders hence contributing high standard of living in Accra.

don't be hype with such picture, I have been to Ghana twice and I can tell you that all the pics the op use re the beautiful places in Accra, Accra is just as neat as abuja because it's the capital of Ghana.
But seriously Nigeria controls their economy and that's why things re expensive in Accra.
I ate indomie worth of 8cedi 50pesowas(850naira) for two superpack of indomie and 1 egg.
They have constant light like ivory coast and when u go to Kumasi, it's not beautiful like the country's capital.
Presidential lodge is at the road side, very open and very close to Accra mall or Lagos avenue.

I'm really serious about this. I would like to fly to Equatorial Guinea in a few years for a personal tour myself to meet this wonderful set of people and raise awareness about their existence to our brothers in Nigeria. They must not be forgotten.
hi good evening, frank..
I do read ur write-ups right from time. I have mentioned you severally but I don't know if you know my username..but I just want to let u know that there was a time either you or someone else posted about biafran currency in use in some part of west Africa..
Anyway, I have a job that enable me to travels outside west Africa and I was surprised the day I was going to Ghana, between the border of Togo and a place called afulawo, I don't know if I got the spelling well, they re demanding for Biafra currency as a means of exchange.
A man that is selling food and other things entered inside the bus said to me and other passenger inside the luxury bus that if we have biafran currency, it's acceptable as a medium of buying commodities here. I was surprised that a non existence Nation's currency is being use as a medium of exchange.
We moved to other border where someone who is selling Ghana native wears ,I told the guy I don't have money but I have biafran currency, he told me to bring it that he is going to exchange it here.
And it seems the money had so much value than other currencies in West Africa.
I pray I visit other countries like equatorial Guinea to see with my eyes. though we don't have branch there but Senegal, ivory coast and Kenya is certain.
Ghana 10cedi is 1000
Ghana 5cedi is 500
Changing 1000naira to ghana cedi will give u 12cedi.
Meanwhile changing ghana cedi to nigeria currency for example 10cedi will give u 800 or 700naira.
It shows that Nigeria money still have so much value than Ghana cedi base on my own experience.
Cos this is my second time to visit Ghana..

In reality, your head is actually in your anus.... You think judgement is delivered based on rumour or unverified pictures? Anybody can swim inside erosion and pile themselves up inside Keke to pretend they're dead and snap pictures.... Some desperate fools go and gather cow blood at abattoirs and poor it on their body and floor around them just to form dead and snap pictures.... If Nollywood can do it, do you think IPOB miscreants won't go any length to paint the present government bad?

If this issue ever gets to court, the defense is going to request for the dead body to be exhumed, that is if there's any.... You guys will have to provide their autopsy report.... The bullet that killed the person will be analyzed and verified to be sure that it is from Nigeria army.... IPOB will have no evidence to support their useless claims.. but their many sins is already in public domain, calling for arms, harassing and threatening to kill innocent people, burning a police station and killing state security officer, extortion, forming a security service inside a government, and many more.

Bro IPOB no get case

Politics / Nnamdi Kanu And The Envious Governors From The East by emmysoftyou: 7:05pm On Jul 22, 2017
Topic :Nnamdi kanu and the useless governors from the east..
There's a propaganda going on in Nigeria that Nnamdi kanu is like Jesus to the igbos, that the igbos is worshipping Nnamdi kanu like jesus Jesus Christ now..
However, to those who found it very provocative by committing fallacy of hasty generalisation by mentioning all igbos..
Well, no problem, I forgive you because you've accuse ndigbos as a whole worshipping Nnamdi kanu as Jesus Christ..
But categorically speaking, all those things they said re cook up media and a figurative expression that has to do with excitement of speaking ironically..
Nnamdi kanu is like Joseph to me because other useless governors who are supposed to be brave to support him re castigating him because they wonder how a small Nnamdi kanu could be the Supreme leader of biafran and taking a serious decision and all igbos will adhered to whatever he said..
They're fools who don't know that whoever God has ordained as a leader , no one can bring him down..
From the look of things, God is with Nnamdi kanu, whether you hate him or love him, whether you believe him or not. He's already there to lead his people out of this cesspit called Nigeria.
I was little boy when I heard the igbos re not unite, the igbos don't love themselves, the igbos can't produce a president because they hate themselves, the igbos will take money and forget biafra but seriously all these statements are wrong impression to set us up in bondage and slavery..
I never believed it cos every street igbos guy is black and proud of being an igbo boy despite the humiliation and their insults to tarnish the image of every igbo man..
Nigeria is created by three major ethnic group, the Hausa, the Yoruba and the igbos but you left the third one as a slave and continue amassing the country's wealth to your self region.. Hahahaha.
you thought God is sleeping? you thought God is happy with you ? you Thought God has forsaken us? MBA'nu, he will sent his Messiah to lead us and to work on us.
Biafran 3:16.
hence, Nnamdi kanu. Those who think igbos re their problems in Nigeria, then you re a fool, a very big fool you re if you can't discerned who the the problem is.
Nigeria has a date with the Largest tribe in Nigeria..
so no useless governors in the east can't stop him. When I said east, I mean east as a whole cos there's nothing like north north or east east or south south in geography cardinal.

I rest my case here.

pleas share my post if you can't read it..

Clearly, that is the source of the Igbo language.

seriously, we need to get more words from them since we're almost the same wit them in terms of language and communication..

Stop...even in Lagos...All those estates they are advertising in Ibeju Lekki villages...Please stop let the Yorubas buy and develop them...there are equally many estates on offer in the East...
