cjrane: Truth is that nobody was counted in 2006 but figures were allocated ! I was in Asaba then and nobody ever entered the house to count us. But we had figures allocated for the whole area!

My cousins living in Onitsha reported the same thing. The MASSOB guys had blocked the highway claiming it was Biafra land and thus no counting at all took place in 75% of Onitsha. But figures were allocated for all those uncounted places! So who allocated those figures and how did they come about those fake figures?
