Thirty eight semiautomatic firearms, over 35,000 rounds of Ammunition, and 44 magazines were found.

If convicted they face a mandatory sentence of 5 years federal prison for conspiracy, a maximum of 20 years in federal prison each for violating the Arms Arms Export Control Act and a maximum of 5 years for transportation of firearms.
