Also, the Ayah you quoted in sura 9:66 doesn't say "kill". The word translated from Arabic is "punishment" not kill. Why you dey lie now?. And besides, the verse says it is only God who will punish them. It doesn't leave the punishment for Muslims compared to your Deuteronomy 13:6-10
