This great faith-preaching man,
From the West he was born,

This is an incredible spoken word piece that highlights the life of the Final Messenger of Allah, Muhammad ﷺ. His face was more radiant than the full moon
And his sweat smells better than the most expensive perfume
The light that shone bright like the sun shines at noon


Follow his example if you want to be Al Muttaqun (the pious)
He came to an illiterate nation at a time of desperation
He was a real revolutionary who ruled by revelation
Seal of the Prophets we wish him peace and salutation


Testify he’s the messenger of Allah before our daily congregation
When the Arabs worshipped fire and idols he took them out of Jahiliyya (ignorance)
Those were the real dark ages until people started to see clear
He faced so many hardships but still he’d persevere
And his Dawah is the reason why you see me standing here


Even his enemies knew him as As Sadiq Al Amin (The truthful and trustworthy one)
They tried to assassinate his character when he spread the message of Tawheed (Islamic monotheism)
He tried to invite everybody to Sirat Al Mustaqim (straight path)
but most rejected his message and didn’t take heed


Every step he’d take was for Allah and his Deen (religon)
Allah split the moon for the Quraish yet they still didn’t believe
In fact they tortured the believers
What a horrid sight it must’ve been


But imagine the status in Jannah of the earliest Shaheed (martyr)
They called him a liar, a soothsayer, a madman and a magician
They couldn’t swallow their pride and let go of their traditions
Offered him power wealth and women
to stop spreading the religion
But he said even if you offer me the sun and the moon
I won’t accept your proposition


They threw animal intestines on the Prophet while he was in prostration
Even stepped on the blessed neck of the best of all creation
But instead of retaliation he turned to his lord in supplication
Inna Allah Ma As Sabireen (2:153),
Verily Allah is with the patient


He was boycotted insulted treated like an outcast
But through the pain and the struggle, he’d still remain steadfast
He’s a mercy to mankind it even says in the Quran
Surat Al Anbiya verse 107


He even lead the Anbiya (Prophets) in Salah before he ascended above the heavens
When he went to preach in Ta’if, yeah, they pelted him with stones
He had blood soaked shoes and he was bruised down to the bone
Jibreel (Gabriel) Alayhi Salam (peace be upon him)
descended and said give me the command
and I’ll get the angel of mountains to destroy all their homes
but Allah’s merciful messenger said no and let them be
for the land may one day be home to people who believe


I remember these stories in times of difficulty
And remind myself that The Prophet had it more difficult than me
Even through the slander and the rumours spread by the people of Quraish
The Ansar came to know about the Prophets message and his demeanour
They accepted Islam and vowed to keep The Prophet safe
So The Messenger Of Allah had migrated to Madinah
At that that time it was known as the city of Yathrib


He ended their tribal feuds and led the people with justice
The land of the dates became the most blessed place
Became an even bigger problem for the people of Quraish
Because their caravans to Shaam were no longer safe
The believers had a home, Islam had a base


He was content in every situation as it is all Allah’s Qadr
He even had the help of the angels at the battle of Badr
He taught us to love for ourselves what we love for each other
And SubhanAllah he even referred to you and me as his brothers


I envy the sand that met his blessed feet
It’s hard to comprehend how a man could be so humble
He’s the perfect example for the likes of you and me
He even forgave the people that mutilated his uncle


The Sahaba became human shields for The Prophet
When he would make Wudu (ritual purification)
They would make sure they catch every single droplet of water that would flow off his blessed body
Their actions proved that they loved him more than anybody
Islam spread from medina Muslims multiplied in numbers


The idolaters in Makkah feared that their days were numbered
And when The Prophet returned to Makkah he could have taken his revenge
On the people who use to oppress and torment
He could have captured and enslaved them
He was in a position of power and surrounded by thousands of brave men


What he did next left the people in amazement
Rahmatul Lil Alameen (mercy to the worlds)
Turned around and forgave them
The best leader the best father the best husband the best person
Imagine how it must have felt to witness the last sermon
Imagine you were there and lent an attentive ear
And you had to hear that the messenger of Allah
May not be with you the next year.


Indeed, the greatest calamity is when he departed this Dunya
We show our love for the beloved by following his Sunnah
Insha’Allah on the Day of Judgment
We get to drink from his blessed hand
21st century role model he’s not just your average 7th century man


May Allah reunite us with him in Jannah
And save us from the fire of Jahannam
We love him more than our own selves.

Here is the hadith narrated in Sunna Nasai, It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said:

"Mu'awiyah, (may Allah be pleased with him,) said: 'The Messenger of Allah [SAW] went out to a circle - meaning, of his Companions - and said: 'What are you doing?' They said: 'We have come together to pray to Allah and praise Him for guiding us to His religion, and blessing us with you.' He said: 'I ask you, by Allah, is that the only reason?' They said: 'By Allah, we have not come together for any other reason.' He said: 'I am not asking you to swear to an oath because of any suspicion; rather Jibril came to me and told me that Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, is boasting of you to the angels.'"

مُحَمَّدٌ أَشْرَفُ الأَعْرَابِ وَالْعَجَم
Muhammad is the most noble of the Arabs and the non-Arabs,

مُحَمَّدٌ خَيْرُ مَنْ يَمْشِيْ عَلَى قَدَمِ
Muhammad is the best of those who walk by footsteps,


مُحَمَّدٌ بَاسِطُ الْمَعْرُوْفِ جَامِعُهُ
Muhammad encompasses all that is good,


مُحَمَّدٌ صَاحِبُ الإِحْسَــانِ وَالْكَرَمِ
Muhammad is the owner of excellence and nobility,

مُحَمَّدٌ تَاجُ رُسْلِ اللهِ قَاطِبَةً
Muhammad is the crown of the Messengers of Allah, without exception,

مُحَمَّدٌ صَادِقُ الأَقْوَالِ وَالكَلِمِ

Muhammad judges with justice, possessing honour,

Muhammad is a treasure-trove of blessings and wisdom,

مُحَمَّدُ خَيْرُ خَلْقِ اللهِ مِنْ مُضَرِ
Muhammad is the best of the creation of Allah, from the lineage of Mudar,

مُحَمَّدُ خَيْرُ رُسْلِ اللهِ كُلِّهِمِ
Muhammad is the best of all the Messengers of Allah,

مُحَمَّدُ دِيْنُهُ حَـــقٌّ نَدِيْنُ بِهِ
Muhammad, his way of life is truth, we follow it with him,

مُحَمَّدُ مُجْمِلاً حَقاً عَلَى عَلَمِ
Muhammad, comprehensive excellence, truly is his distinguishing mark

مُحَمَّدُ ذِكْرُهُ رُوْحٌ لِأَنْفُسِنَا
Muhammad, his mention is a refreshment for our souls,

محمد شُكْرُهُ فَرْضٌ عَلَى الأُمَمِ
Muhammad, thanking him is an obligation upon the communities,

محمد زِينَةٌ الدُنْيَا وَبَهْجَتُهَا
Muhammad is the adornment of the world and its splendour,

محمد كَاشِفٌ الغُمَّاتِ وَالظُلَمِ
Muhammad is the one who removes the grief and the gloom,

محمد سَيِّدُ طَابَتْ مَنَاقِبُهُ
Muhammad is a master, his virtuous deeds are delightful,

محمد صَاغَهُ الرَحمَنُ بِالنِعمِ
Muhammad, the Merciful shaped him with kindness,

محمد صَفْوَةٌ البَارِي وَخِيْرَتُهُ
Muhammad, the elite of the Creator and His choice,

Muhammad, innocent of all accusations,[/b]

Muhammad, by Allah! His neighbour is never harmed,

محمد طَابَتِ الدُنْيَا بِبَعْثَتِهِ
Muhammad, the world became pleasant through his mission,

محمد جَاءَ بِالآيَاتِ وَالحِكَمِ
Muhammad, he came with proofs and wisdom

محمد يَوْمَ بَعْثِ النَّاسِ شَافِعُنَا
Muhammad, on the Day of the raising of mankind, he is our intercessor,

محمد نُورُهُ الهَادِي مِنَ الظُّلَمِ
Muhammad, his light is the guide out of darkness,

محمد قَائِمٌ لِلّهِ ذُو هِمَمِ
Muhammad, standing for Allah, filled with eagerness,

محمد خَاتَمُ لِلرُّسْلِ كُلِّهِمِ
Muhammad is the Seal of all the Messengers.



Our Lord, bless and send peace, eternally and forever,

Upon Your beloved, the best of all creation.

An extensive account of the incident is found in al-Tabāri's history, the Ta'rīkh (Vol. I):

The prophet was eager for the welfare of his people, desiring to win them to him by any means he could. It has been reported that he longed for a way to win them, and part of what he did to that end is what Ibn Humayd told me, from Salama, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from Yazīd ibn Ziyād al-Madanī, from Muhammad ibn Ka'b al-Qurazī:

When the prophet saw his people turning away from him, and was tormented by their distancing themselves from what he had brought to them from God, he longed in himself for something to come to him from God which would draw him close to them. With his love for his people and his eagerness for them, it would gladden him if some of the hard things he had found in dealing with them could be alleviated. He pondered this in himself, longed for it, and desired it.

Then God sent down the revelation. 'By the star when it sets! Your companion has not erred or gone astray, and does not speak from mere fancy…' [Q.53:1] When he reached God's words, "Have you seen al-Lāt and al-'Uzzā and Manāt, the third, the other?' [Q.53:19-20] 'These are the high-flying cranes and their intercession is to be hoped for.'

When the Quraysh heard that, they rejoiced. What he had said about their Gods pleased and delighted them, and they gave ear to him. The Believers trusted in their prophet with respect to what he brought them from their Lord: they did not suspect any slip, delusion or error. When he came to the prostration and finished the chapter, he prostrated and the Muslims followed their prophet in it, having faith in what he brought them and obeying his command. Those mushrikūn of Quraysh and others who were in the mosque also prostrated on account of what they had heard him say about their Gods. In the whole mosque there was no believer or kāfir who did not prostrate. Only al-Walīd bin al-Mughīra, who was an aged Shaykh and could not make prostration, scooped up in his hand some of the soil from the valley of Mecca [and pressed it to his forehead]. Then everybody dispersed from the mosque.

Quraysh went out and were delighted by what they had heard of the way in which he spoke of the Gods. They were saying, 'Muhammad has referred to our Gods most favourably. In what he has recited he said that they are "high-flying cranes whose intercession is to be hoped for".'

Shaking my head for you man. Did you call this Du'a?. The ayat you quoted from sura Najm 19-20 is simply referring to something else. If you read further to 23 it would clear the air already. Stop this nonsense.

This was mentioned in the Hadeeth of Tabari which is Sahih and closest to the truth and authenic soirce of most Hadeeths from the time of prophet.

Look around you today. Many car accidents, especially in the West are caused by alcohol. There is nothing like drinking little bit.

Bcuz its importance fades off and reduces to sterilization of medical equipments or to clean wounds. Alcohol for consumption is not allowed for the Muslims, and the alcohol used in wet wipes and other toiletries is chemical alcohol and not literally the consumable alcohol. It shouldn't be an issue in that case.
