No No no. He -alyhissolaat was salaam- stated the reason why he didn't want to continue congregational tarawee and that is the fear that will be made obligatory and he -alyhissolaat wassalaam- feared that we won't be able to bear the burden.

Rulings move with their cause in presence and absence.

ie if the cause is present then the ruling is present but if it is absent the ruling is absent.

And also, take note that nowhere in the story was it said the the elephants were on there way to the river the way it was said for the rabbit and the monkey. Also, one has to note that, that every elephant saw two monkeys doesn't necessarily mean each of the elephants saw 2 different monkeys, and so the assumption that the total number of the monkeys are 12 is not possible. In my own view, I suppose the 6 elephants saw 2 monkeys.

So 1 rabbit + 2 monkeys + 2 parrots = 5 animals

I'm not looking at this from a tribalistic view bro..... I simply meant that at that age, he won't be independent enough to face the challenges of life. But if he is, no problem, I wish them a blissful union.

About their age mates entering into unholy relationships and having children, I simply think it's bcoz they are wayward and unfortunate. I simply viewed the duo here as being gentleman/lady cuz of their looks......the fact that those wayward children have children at fifteen doesn't justify a gentleman's plunging into early marriage.
