Muhammad himself was not qualified to enter jannah until he was 'cleansed' by Jubril in his one-night dream to jannah. If Muhammad required to first cleansed before he could get into jannah, muslims who are not cleansed cannot get there.

dude but why lie. U do know that ur imams make hateful teaching in ur mosques. This is why statistically, Muslims are prone to murder non-muslims on Friday after Islamic prayers. I have seen some videos of ur scholar, imams preaching/teahing and I see how hatefilled it is.

There was this incident I think last year when the Catholics invited the Hindus, buddhists , Muslims etcetera for an inter faith prayer session for peace (interfaith prayers are a joke) or something of that nature and it was broadcast live. The imam cleverly added a prayed to Islamic allah to give Muslims victory over the "infidels", he said this in Arabic and it was picked up by exmuslims who exposed the Catholics/ vaticans ignorance about Islam.

several bible believing pentecostal churches do NOT pray like that. Eg baptists, saddleback, etc

Its in Africa particularly Ghana and Nigeria that u see people praying like that, I have worshipped in different churches in different countries but I see that kind of prayer particularly in "churches" in Africa I guess its cause of all the voodoo. Its quite appalling.

Do u know that we Christians are told to expect and prepare for false prophets who will come up after Christ.. These false prophets are everywhere, some are dead (Mohammed, Joseph smith and several evil popes etc), that is why I am glad when u Muslims correctly post topics exposing false prophets in Christianity.

Tho u guys often do this in an effort to disparage Christianity but on one hand u help expose frauds in the church. Like it is written in malachi 2:1-4(which u pointed out earlier) the frauds will be exposed and disgraced.

I was looking for a link and I typed your moniker and mine and got page 6 of this thread. I couldn't stop reading. Even found many past posters who rocked this section back in the day: Sweetnecta, Muhsin, Lagosboy, BetaThings, and even a cameo by the incomparable learned young man TBaba, the young Baba Adinni himself!

I learned a lot about Shi'a and just ended up concluding and simply believing that we are all Muslims. I found something - not sure if it was Hadith - that goes something like, Just refer to yourself as Muslim; don't say what section or what denomination; you're Muslim and that's it.

At the height of my exchanges on this thread with LagosShia, and afterwards, I was also watching Youtube videos and reading quite a bit about the division between Sunni and Shia. I made up my mind when I saw how too many "religious leaders" were unashamed to cast aspersions on Shias.

I'm sure that will offend some. But I'm not deterred. I believe in religious freedom. We can discuss it civilly, of course.

Right now, I am troubled by the way Ahmadiyyas are so persecuted in Pakistan. (They've even been tagged as non-Muslims. As Muslim Nigerians/Africans, I'm sure many of us are familiar with that name. Even though most Nigerian Mosques/Masjids/Group don't bear that name, many used to belong to that organisation. And the Ahmaddiyas did a lot to spread Islam and build Mosques in Nigeria and all over the world. Maybe they changed or there are some other obscure beliefs of theirs that people started to question, but back dozens of years and over a hundred years ago, they went far and wide to bring Islam to many faraway places. Even me, I never knew we were once Ahmadiyyas. I recently found out from my Dad that the Ahamadiyya-affiliated groups in Nigeria changed their names in the 70s when the campaign against Ahmadiyyas gained ground. Even my old school, X X Memorial Grammar School, used to be called Ahmadiyya. That's actually how I found out - I was reading about how the school ownership and many other schools were released by the Lagos state government to now return to the original private owners. And my school returned to the Ahmadiyya association. I think I'm remembering that right.

Dearie, your incessant attacks on Islam is way disturbing. You're not doing the will of Christ in this regard because Christ would never launch attacks on other religions. He never did. If you think you're doing God's will by constantly disrespecting other religions, then you're doing Christ a great disservice. It's high time you stopped.

Mr, last I checked the thread stated "How Can We Recognise False Teachers?". It was a simple question and wouldn't allow for bashing and attacks. I assume you're a Muslim judging by the bolded from your post. Regardless, I'd like to correct a notion; Christianity is NOT a religion. It's a way of life and Apostle Paul was never the founder according to your claim (And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that for a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught many people. - Acts 11:26).

The disciples were called "Christians" which was coined from the name "Christ" + "ian" meaning "Christ-like". Mind you, the word itself was an adjective; a derogatory word to show contempt towards the followers of Christ. I could enlighten you more on this if you're interested but I consider it unwise to post on a seeming Christian thread. A little self-respect won't hurt.

Like several old testament verses, U Muslims don't understand the psalms. Like I have told some of u Muslims earlier I won't be explaining old testament verse to u, particularly because I am a Christian and not a 3000 year old acient Jew living under the law and focusing on OT distracts from the NT.

However, I must address the new testament verse u quoted; infact I won't address it because it explains itself when the verses before it is read, I will just post the verse before it which u convienently ignored.

Do u notice what Christ says here? A Muslims mind doesn't get it. However I would like u to explain how ur mind concluded that it says "humans are gods"[/s]
