A problem with making ruqyah for non muslims in cases of jinn possession is that they are likely to get repossessed almost immedeately. Lifestyle changes are needed in addition to the ruqyah for the jinn to stay away. Any object of shirk and disobedience to Allah attracts bad jinn like a magnet.
