Sino: I don’t need some extraordinary miracle to make me believe that I am on the right path or my level of spirituality,i honestly dont know how else to explain this. Most muslims really dont need this to believe. Did you watch a video of "Angel" over Kaaba in 2008?. When the video surfaced on YouTube, most muslims, despite viewing it, made less impact on them. Yet many still called it miracle. because there are lots of tricksters around preying on the gullibility of man and his yearnings for extraordinary events to happen…Even in Christendom, there are people who claim spirituality and based it on personal experiences, saying they saw Jesus Christ or the Holy spirit telling them this and that or even performing miracles through them,Sure, care must be taken. is that what we want to turn Islam to?brother, you just reading my post. You interpreted base on your mind. I dont care what some are doing out there. Let's forget about them. But are you denying spirituality in Islam?. What does "Ihsan" mentioned in Quran and hadith means to you, pls?. Even within Ihsan(tassawuf), there are levels. Are we pretending there are no learned men beyond our prelim understanding of the deen?. I dont think anyone advocates going around screaming about this or that in Islam. Spirituality in Islam is personal to those people. Those young ones boosting about their experiences, thats their problem. But can you brothers just see this as story instead of making it sound like promoting christian version of islam? Thats just wrong. Besides, your friend or family member you take to the hospital for instance, most likely non-muslim hospitals, do you have any idea what they do in there?. Doctors do "open heart surgery", he's a christian, atheist etc but you have absolutely no problem with that, do you?. Thats 'medical' to you right?. But when you are not in the surgery room with them, some surgeon chant "Jesus Christ" while working on your relative and you sit outside chanting "Ya Allah! heal him"... Doctors(orthodox) also "stops" the heart of patient, perfumes surgery, and then "returns" his heart. What do you call that brother?. Brothers here are funny. You dont get it. Islam is everything they say. Why always attach sense of religiosity to everything concerning Islam even if it's medical wise?. You criticize it but have no problem taking friend to christian hospital which is what many muslims do today?. The two men in my latest story were turned down by orthodox hospitals because their problems, according to doctors, dont exist (medically). How do you solve that as muslim?. Thats the point here, sir. The story is not "worship". It's medical aspect of Islam. Let's hear your view now. |
spyder880:can tell. This must be must close to or over 500k (my thought) |
That's lots of interlocks up there man. |
lanrexlan:ok. when I'm less busy I will post it. I must have it on my "history" cus I just watched it last night |
What I also learned recently is that is not wise to talk to much especially about personal experiences. I don't mean like me narrating the stories necessarily but folks who personally experience something. it's part of rules ihsan(tassawuf). I watched a video where Alfa dauda quoted Hadith of the prophet(saw).... warning ulama(Alfas, sheiks) not to talk to much. The Hadith describes levels of jahanam(hell) for the levels of alfas who talk too much, this includes their experiences. I watched the faces of he and his audience. They look bad and me too. This also could be reason sahabas probably kept things to themselves. I'm also scared too. When I get the chance I will post the video. Maybe lanrexlan can dig it out. I think the tittle is....here is the video lanrexlan. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82joPbLA6iE |
tbaba1234. I hear you |
lanrexlan:Yea, right. Let's just leave. "Following Quran and Sunnah", that's what i kept hearing when i was in salafism. The brothers were just refuting one another. Creating nuisance on internet. Thats why I left them. Sign of that i just hear now. The sister continues making statement i found offensive. I dont know where she got "ruh grab his leg", "Yasin is invoked to call Ruhaniyah or Jinn". Rubbbish. Thats deviation itself. Yasin is the word Allah. Full stop. I never heard of using Yasin to call on Jinn etc. Well, I guess we all can not always agree. I cant convince them. And if the sister has stories to tell as she rightly said, no problem. This is "Jinn Stories" section anyways. Just disappointed that these brothers fulfill what Sheik Imran has been saying for years about salafis. I was my self salafi for 4yrs. You see how they so unyielding, thinking they are the only folks know better. As far as I am concern, I dont communicate with Jinn or Ruhaniyah, Nor do I believe this Ruhaniyah is Jinn even though their seem to be striking resemblance. Unless and until they can bring me convincing evidence and not just reading me books about what they know of Jinn, the rest is just guess work. I, personally, do within my capacity in terms of ibadaat. I dont narrate my experience, rather talking about someone else. I dont know why these folks keep misunderstanding the whole thing. Well, this is internet, "Jinn Stories" thread is opened, he said we should tell whatever we know of it and I did my part doesnt mean I communicate with unseen creature. I dont. Very simple. Wallahi liazim, these brothers act too low for me. Sheiks Imran and Adam Al-ilory are right. And yes, I could be wrong for putting out too many at a time, but at least you got it right. That show their level of thinking. God determines who is on the right path. They shouldnt be telling me that. I have heard enough of salafism. Even they pretend, they dont want to call themselves by that. The fact that they do not recognize Yasin, first, being Allah's word, second, its importance and third, it many benefits, then they need to be quiet. Someone already declared it daef or fabricated. And someone said the man invokes Yasin to call on Jinn, smh. Thats like mockery of the word of Allah. Why would she say that?. Is that the purpose here?. I dont get these people. They act like they know it all. The man himself never for once glorify "Ruhanniyah". As far as I am concern, these brothers are just reading books and guessing. As for the hospital thing, I was saying mainstream muslims, in this kind of situation, would have said to take the patient to "St' so so so hospital" i:e non muslim to take care of it yet, screaming when a muslim solve the problem by Allah's grace. In non muslim hospitals, doctors too, perfumes "miracles" but they have no problem with that. All might and power belongs to Him and Him alone. Neither the man nor me nor anyone around him claimed Ruhaniyah has all the power. Rubbish Enough said now. They can keep guessing all they want. There is ocean of knowledge. ...a lot we just dont know. |
Spirit101:ok. good luck. if you do hear about aluminum's locations in SW, kindly let a brother know. If you don't mind me ask what's estimated cost to erect your parapet ? |
Spirit101:Are you using "concrete or aluminum parapet". If Aluminum, kindly let me know where you buy them and possible cost. Thanks |
lanrexlan:Lol, . Hard feelings . Not at all. Just narrations. That's all. But unfortunately, some see it differently. Regret I dont feel that a bit. Really, is like when they see what I am talking about (in their presence), they will be like "so empire, this is it and you make it sound heinous online?". So i dont take their reaction personal at all. Afterall, the sister recommended hair growth for my friend, isnt, sister?. Are we cool now?. Tell more stories . I dont think that is wise. But fact is, I honestly dont care if i have to. I know for sure they have only 10% clue. I also think they thought my narrations are lined up 123 or xyz. Thats just not. It's here and there and most are at least 20yrs old but it sounds fresh to them .Let me quickly drive them crazy with a short story. Dont start yelling now. A man was brought to him. He's somehow well-known. Clearly, he was attacked with voodoo and stuff. I dont think i need to describe or emphasize gravity of the nature of spiritual attacks. It was obvious. I think you should get it. We clearly noticed this after he was taken out of the hospital. Docs cant handle it. My man intention was to organize quick prayer of sura Yasin to subsidize whatever it is. From nowhere, Ruhaniya showed up after almost 4 yrs he was gone. He told the man to put the patient in a room and lock him up for 7 seven days. The man was scared. We were scared too like what the heck. (someone sick and you talking about locking him up in a room?). He said dont you trust me?. You know me for yrs. Just have faith. Brother, I was scared too bcus if the man died, you know the consequence, dont you?. We did just that. At the same time, we organized our normal prayers anyways. Family members got worried. 1st, 2nd and 3rd day gone. We heard nothing. He warned not to open the door until he's done. 6th day, 7th day was running out, tension ran high. Late 7th day, he said to open the door. We did. The man was weak and tired. He said just give him light food for few days and he should be okay. Mashallah!. he got up, hail and sound. My man asked Ruhaniyah what did you do?. He said he performed surgery on him. He said i didnt know you are surgeon. He replied...just one of my professions. That patient still alive. Now in his late 60s. Incident took place in mid-90s. The last surgery he performed was in New York 2 yrs ago. He finally gone over 1yr ago saying he was going to devote his service to Allah. When he did what he did, We dont worship him in return. Thats just out of the picture as some want us to believe. My question to you Mr. lanrexlan is, can mainstream imam/muslims do this or will they tell the patient to go to the hospital?. And this is not the only rare case. I stop here now. Note, the above tale, I eavesdropped some of the info from him and by close workers of his. Situation like this is kept tightly secretly. He doesnt come out and telling anyone. Most likely does not know I am aware till now (as in exactly what happened). But he knows that i am aware of the situation. He doesnt tell. It is that simple. He does not boost of it either. I am the one telling you brothers. The last surgery that took place 2 yrs ago in NY, i was not there. Thats my 'family friend' who was battled by some crazy folks. He told me himself 4months ago. Not on the phone, not email but face to face conversation. And he's a christian. Folks should not start yelling at me again oooo . If Ruhaniyah was not around, my man was going to use all (7) "kun fayakun" in the Quran anyways. He showed up for a reason best known to Him (azal wajal). You gotta learn to know how to use "kun fayakun" brother lanrexlan. Not boosting. Just telling fact that they couldnt wait to hear. I am not boosting either and i dont claim i know the whole concept of the thing. I roll my eyes too somtimes, like this ![]() What i notice is those people that do "tassawuf", their result doesnt have to be the same as Alfa nla said in one of his videos. Some, their rewards are reserved till next life. Some, their rewards are here and afterlife. It all depends on Him and destiny. One thing i know about this man though is he always prays "Olohun je kaye ko yemi, korun ko yemi to ba di ojo agbe nde ko si dara fun mi" etc. Translate this for them, pls. I call him "my man" bcuz he doesnt recognise Sheik, maulana, Alfa. I just call him daddy . Outsiders call him by his family name.

beautiful lecture up there albaqir |

spyder880:Your nose okay now ![]() |
tbaba1234:Good one. Yoruba people say " If Allah knows, let people( also) know. You should have said "I researched about ruhaniya but found no evidence of them". Instead of coming up with you are sure it's Jinn. They are the ones sucking blood, they frequented him etc. All that are guess work. Four people from different places cant be lying about it. They are also sure it's ruh-aniya. Thanks to Albaqir for digging up "ruh". Qur'an clearly says only few knowledge of it is disclosed. In my opinion, it's only folks who penetrate Qur'an come across them. Please tbaba, don't just say let's forget about it. We all need to do research and come here with what we found. That's called scholarship. What if only evidence we have is ruhaniyah themselves introduce themselves as such?. That will confirm what me, albaqir, lanrexlan and kazlaw2000 have been saying that everything is not penned. please let's do research. we never know who may be scholar tomorrow among us. This is part of seeking knowledge that Qur'an speaks about. I don't restrict myself to certain school or sheikh etc. I like studying here and there. I already made up my mind that any development I found from my man. I won't disclose it here anymore bcus of the way you and sissie concluded which I'm quiet sure was wrong. But you changed my mind with above. I'm not going to be talking about we did this or that. Focus will be on who ruhaniyyas are?. how people close to them really sure they are not jinn?, did they introduce themselves as such or what?. from what they are created? etc. pls this should be our homework. "Rahana" that appeared to Mariam(as) suggests to me they are different beings not Angels. Walahu ta'ala allam. Note: I was told that ruhaniyah said prophet Muhammad (saw) was sent to them as well. He said anytime we hear his name mentioned, we send him our salawat. Then the man told me that "nkan nbe labe sanmo" I:e there are lots of things under the sky. |
^ tbaba1234, actually, I already typed stuff but upon realizing kazlaw2000's post, I have to agree with him. Sorry. pls do your independent research and that closes everything. I think there is a need to adopt terminology on this subject. I wish you speak yoruba. You could have perhaps, understood lecture by Sheik Daud Alfa nla https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dauxhx7hA8o https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYYCDgea6z4 |
tbaba1234:^evidence regarding what specifically? |
Hkana:Commentaries by early muslims are not absolute and binding. Quran is still here with us. Early muslims did their best. Dont just stick to their tafsir. Things evolve overtime. Usually muslims read English translation and we always come across Angel Gabriel in place of Ruh used in arabic text. But Albaqir came up with research, suggesting it might not be Angel or Jubril afterall. Thats a good thought. I no longer hold tafsir absolute. There are things they translated that perfectly fit their understanding at that time. Let me give you example. Go to sura Ambiya 95-96. Read many different commentary as you can compare to modern time, you will find mistakes in their understanding. I notice that 5 yrs ago through Sheik Imran Hussein. But someone like tbaba may say Imran Hussein is conspiracy theorist. Thats irrelevant. My point is Quran is to be understood as things evolve. NOT rigid. This is why till today, Salafis do not understand what the man is saying because they hold on to centuries old tafsir. Now dont get me wrong. Early interpretation are very much necessary but I am saying they are not absolute. There are verses that need to be reinterpreted/re-translated in our time. And it doesnt change original Arabic text. Since i notice sura 21, 95-96 i know there is possibility of mistakes elsewhere. This doesnt mean early muslims were deficient in their understanding. Rather because of inavailability of the data at that time. Be truthful to yourself, in the verse pointed out by Albaqir, did Allah use 'Malaika' or 'Jibril'?. Even Quran that I have here printed in the kingdom of Saud argues about "Ruh" in the beginning of the page. My point is dont take every tafsir absolute. Knowledge is broad. We discover things in the Quran we knew not before. Thats is why Sheik Adam Al-ilory probably said And I am a salafi as long as salafiyya refers to holding to the Sacred Law with practices based on what is flexible and evolving rather than that which is rigid and narrow |
Sissie:Let me be very frank. Enough said. This platform is for learning purposes. I have seen clearly how folks can not control whats going on their heart before concluding. This is internet. It's way too different from face to face convos. For you to make such statement @bold without ever being there in person is very unfortunate. All kinds of people came and were helped. At this point, I'd stop here cus you guys, I mean you and tbaba made up your mind and take things too serious and ended up making wrong judgement all the times. I have no time narrating everything exactly as xyz. Clearly you have no practical experience. If not, you would understood certain coded words here. This is so sad. I only sensed Albaqir,kazlaw2000 and lanrexlan reading (almost) exactly my mind. They seem to understand a lot better. There is nothing to gain from rigidity at all. Our disagreement here doesnt mean we have to put on boxing gloves. Knowledge is broad. There are lots and lots Alim out there. But you not ready for them. I repeat you do not have clue where my narrative heading. At least you confessed knowing a lot more to Yasin. Yoruba adage says "seeing is believing". You not there. You just reading my comments here which is not xyz. Sorry it ends this way. I feel absolutely no guilt about my narrative. I may have chose inappropriate words to describe my experience but the fact is many have learned a lot more here. This is way better than telling people this hadith is weak or fabricated. That hadith is fabricated or weak. Thats like discouraging muslims. And tbaba1234 still clings on to Jinn Jinn Jinn. Brother have no clue at all. Truly it's peity that reaches Allah not blood. But since tbaba have no idea the essence of Yasin, it's lame excuse to claim it's Jinn at work sucking blood of aqiqa. And tbaba1234, you need to provide adequate evidence of your statement above, otherwise, you may be committing act of zulm by saying that. Our sacrifices were done for Allah. We slaughtered those animals in Allah's name. If you believe it's still Jinn at work after prayers and all that already accepted, then your aqeeda stands on very shaky ground. You were not there. You dont know. It's that simple. This is why those people dont talk about their personal experience. The man himself doenst talk about it. I chose to. And you started it by condemning Ahadith that i quoted, vehemently declaring it daef or fabricated based on invented "science of hadith" which did not come from Allah. Then I presented my practical experience to counter. And now it's Jinn at work? This is clearly lack of practical experience. Walaikum Salam |
O ga o. Them Jinn still dey in the hood?. Weiting them want self? |
Andalusian Sufi master Ibn 'Arabi: Wonder, A Garden amongst the flames! My heart is capable of taking on any form A meadow for gazelles For the idols sacred ground A cloister for monks The pilgrim's Ka'aba The tablets of the Torah The scrolls of the Qur'an! My religion is love And wherever its caravan turns along the way That is my creed, my belief, my faith! |
smicc:Good enough....let's say you are correct. Will you be kind enough to admonish christian extremists who are hell bent on quoting so called "72 virgins" for dead muslims?. Such statement does not appear in the Quran. They cant find it yet, vehemently adamant on a phrase that only exist in their brain?. |

tola9ja:Lol. I am at different time zone. Thats why it looks like that to you ![]() |

AlBaqir:Khayr. I understand actually. May I have article or video clip of Sheik Adam(r) on this issue if you have one?. Honestly, I challenge it, too. Do you get his methodology in this clip^? That's methodology i learned. |

Rilwayne001:You dug them ![]() |
Sissie:okay, i didnt quiet see this earlier. I think there is a need to understand me here. You put too much in my mouth. Pay attention @bold except 'remedy'. Can you give me reference where i made mention of those?. 'Remedy' referring to is what Albaqir perfectly worded. I think you made up the rest base on what you preconceived. I already used 'sacrifice' or 'sacrificial animal' early but someone appears to misunderstood it(tried to abuse it and give it new meaning). Thats why i chose 'remedy' while replying you. Sometimes, we type base on whats going on in our mind. I dont really quiet get the 'condition' you put fourth. Can you elaborate, pls? My only understanding is client was advised to buy cow but he bought ram. My intention base on what we did is usually we slaughtered ram when and if dua is not much (usually 300 Yasin and other dua from Hadith). At least 10-15 Alfas needed for this. But we slaughtered cow when we had to recite Yasin 1,111 plus "Jabbar" (multiple times) and khutba of Yasin(multiple times) and other dua from Hadith. In this case, some 30-35 Alfas are needed. Base on this and our experiences, if a client is advised to buy cow instead of ram, perhaps, you can see the difference?. If you still cant see why ram would die before we finish, then you need to study power (impact)of Yasin. Yasin grips. Believe it or not. But at the same time, Allah knows and destined the ram would have passed away anyways before we done with prayers. So whats the big deal here?. But if you talking about other condition that i am not aware of, kindly let me know. Shukran You also talk about acceptance or no acceptance of prayer. When we organized prayer like this, we had absolutely no doubt of its acceptance whether Ram was enough or not. Again you preconceived this. My personal opinion is it's appropriate to allow blood of aqiqah to flow (that we can see it). But if client buys ram instead cow, we believe that strength of Sura Yasin and Jabbar are too much for that. By the time ram is slaughtered, no blood gushes out (that's just the simple truth. Believe it or not). The whole thing turns white. Ram is clinically dead. It has nothing to do with prayer being accepted or not. We believe our prayers are accepted already. We believe that if our prayers were not going to be accepted, we would not be able to sit for it until appropriate time destined by Him(azal'wajal). We used to say this a lot. When we finally sit and pray, we have guarantee. There is always signs of Allah. We call on Allah not shaytan. Not Jinn. Shukran |

Thanks a million Albaqir. Yes, my response to her was not A+. It's was actually 3AM here at the time I was replying her. I thank you for beautifully backing up my point. Yes, I know and understood what I have been saying all along. But I get tired trying to write epistles to convince someone. You perfectly got encounters with police right. Thats why ruhaniyah didn't hurt him in the first place. Bottom line is the 'opposing' view like Tbaba, sissie and others don't seem to understand this at all. They probably think such thing could not happen in our time. As you can see, it's few. Our opposition need a lot more practical approach. Tbaba went to extreme length to say this is how jinn misguide people.. Am sorry, this is simply not the case. The reason tbaba clings on this medieval theory is bcuz of essay written by ibn tayyimiyah(r). And that no knowledge comes after these great people when in fact Qur'an is still with us?. I know what I'm talking about. I know the man very well. I spent 20 yrs in his house. Compare that with these brothers reading this kitab, that kitab. They memorized and that's what they called knowledge. I have no problem with that. I read too. I was both practical and theoretical growing up. As for livestock, honestly, they are not kept for that purpose. We generally love keeping livestock. But down the line, some of them got cut up with Yasin. Anyways, in order for my "opposition" to convince me, they first need to comprehend importance of Sura Yasin and it's benefits. Don't come up with bogus "science of Hadith". Qur'an sits in judgement over what so called science thinks. This is matter of methodology and common sense. Science of Hadith, whatever method it's, does not sit over word of Allah. This is why I don't always take mainstream Muslims seriously. Modern Islamic institutions are infiltrated by Masih-Dajjal. So they don't understand super power of this sura and many other great surat. They just reading. They also don't believe in studying under sheik ( practical sense). Tbaba also concluded that those two sheikhs in the videos and the man I'm talking about are lying. That's just gross. Those people don't even know one another. They live world apart. I'm my view, the problem is when we tag people Sufi, Shia, it becomes problematic to listen to them because we think they are wrong and we are correct. That's arrogant. |
