I am not sure if I got the question right. However from islamic point of view on this case, if both are married but are of interfaith, there is nothing wrong for christian woman to prepare her husband food in as much the food is halal (lawful). proof of this is located in Quran in sura Maida (chapter 5:5). ....Food of the people of the Book (jews& christians) is lawful to you and yours is lawful to them....go read the the verse from Quran yourself. If they are just boy & girl friends with intimate relationship, thats not permitted in both religions anyway. So no need to debate that. If they are just friends, no intimate relationship, muslim guy can still accept and eat her food if she volunters. So long as the food is halal.
