BusinessIs Alliance In Motion Global A Scam? by Enddystar(op): 10:12pm On Jun 19, 2017
Someone called me yesterday to ask if Alliance in Motion Global is a scam or not hence I have decided to open this thread to get answers from you yes I mean you. I actually laughed but eventually, I had to satisfy his curiosity. Want to read my answers to that young lady?

See my answer below

My sister, I laugh when people say joining Multi Level Marketing Businesses is a Scam.

NOW HEAR WHAT THE REAL SCAM IS

Working for Government and being paid the same Salary as when Dollar was N165 till now is a Scam.

Working for years without promotion is a Scam.

Working for so long and just getting a sack letter or retiring broke and in debt is a bigger Scam.

Serving your Country for a whole year and crying to get a job is a Scam.

Not being paid salary for 5months or more is a SCAM.

Not being able to transfer your job to your children is a SCAM.

Spending 6 years in Primary School, 6 years in Secondary School 4, 5, 6 years in Higher Institution, 1 year Internship (for some) 1year of NYSC and at the end you still roam about looking for non-existing job is the REAL Scam.

Meanwhile someone somewhere is making millions, driving Brand New Cars, etc all in just few months of joining MULTI LEVEL MARKETING BUSINESS without submitting CV, NYSC discharge Certificate, etc....and you still say is a Scam?

My dear its time to join us in this scam and make money.

When Downloading, ensure the version you are downloading is version 1.6.0.0. This is the latest version as at today and this is the version that today. See attached image on how to know if your app is updated, just open the application and take note of the Number at the bottom right hand side of the app (version is circled in Red). If you are existing user, open your own app now and check if that you are using the latest version if not, open your app store and search for FirstMobile. When it opens, tap the app and you will see two buttons, UNSTALL & UPDATE just click on Update and wait for few minutes. Once the update is completed, click open and you should notice that the app now has 1.6.0.0 attached to it. Bravo! You have the latest version. Once of the reasons you should update is that the latest version allows you to print receipts of transactions processed on the app. Any further questionshuh

Human are cruel, human inhumanity to man has no sign of ending soon.

This is a story of organisation I worked for first or last Bank.

I have no regrets for leaving, coz I have made my money and even defrauded d bank, dat dey can't find out anytime soon. Mumu bank.

I'm am writing this bcoz of d complains I got lately from guys still working with Dem called service executive.
Service executives are the engine room of first bank, they are used to there last blood with peanut as salary.

Promise upon promise of adding meagre amount to there pay has not been fulfilled up till date, this are people who have equal certificates or more with there supervisors.

Even if u can't convert dem, increase there pay to a good standard, dat dey won't grumble with money to move dem to steal.

The mumu heads (CEO, hcmd, and branches senior staff) are there to pound more and more work on u, smile all the time to customers, than to compensate u for good job done. U will all rot in hell.

Are these Junior staff not human?
Some have family to cater for, some live life miserably, but Wat is there since to go to polytechnics and get job with dem.

The Ricos, senior staff don't want to see u grow,
Rico's eat anything they like from branches wen they visit, sn have there ways of cutting contract money, inflate receipt, etc

People are working for u, u find it difficult to send dem for training, senior staff go for training and claim money massively.

First Bank stingy bank, other organizations will appreciate there staff in December by giving goodies for dem to enjoy with there families, but since I knew Fbn, dey av Neva done dat even till this time of recession.

senior staff are entitled to Pay for performance (when most of them do no work), profit sharing,up-front, other mouth watering allowances, but the HND and OND working for them are just entitled to their meagre monthly salaries.

They said there is recession they laid off drivers, cleaners, secretaries, people leaving on meagre pay,
Whereas a salary of single top official can pay all junior staff.

They employed lower credit people, so that it will be hard for dem to ask for their rights.
Promised when they get to top position they will convert service executives, till date, those people are still hoping,
When it's time for conversion, they have there own picks, they want to bring in..

I need to enter my former branch and slap some of those cruel supervisors, idiots, mumu.

Because u are in position of power, u thread anyhow
A good organization should structure a pathway for growth, when new ones come in, let old ones in service resign or retire and create job with there accumulation so far.

First Bank, make ur work place a happy and conducive environment to work
Nigeria leaders are doing there own, grass root people are doing same, when will Nigerians get rid of this cruel people, the change has begun!!!!!!

Nb :
Some are witnessing same In other organizations.
Mystery shoppers you are not left out, traitors of service executives.
If all of you do not have a positive change of mind, may woe betide you all
My dear friend, I sincerely feel your pain here and believe no doubt you worked with the bank and passed through a lot but I have a problem with your 3rd paragraph, there are other ways of making it other than crimes though not easy.

But truthfully, this is the same story my friend working with them told me, 'monkey dey work baboon dey chop". Nigerian banks need to look into the remuneration of these guys called "Contract Staff". If they cannot convert them to full time staff then their salary should be reviewed, they are humans and deserve good lives too especially as a banker working with money every day. You want to convert someone with many years of experience and the necessary qualifications, you gather them and give them GMAT questions just to justify your selfish reasons why you can't employ them. Why won't they steal if they keep seeing plenty money everyday but go home with peanuts on monthly basis, its really disheartening. They are prevented from joining trade unions and associations so that no one will stamp up for them for all injustices done against them. A responsible Government will not tolerate this but this is just the beginning of the story.......

@admins, please help us push this thread to the front page. Where's oga Seun, please help ooo

Nairaland GeneralFirstmobile App - Do It Yourself With Firstbank Mobile App by Enddystar(op):
FirstBank Mobile app simply called FirstMobile is the official First Bank Nigeria that allows you easy, realtime and 247 access to your bank account using your mobile phone. While the FirstBank has internet banking facility accessible via the Internet banking URL using your computer, smartphone and/or similar PDAs, the Mobile banking facility has been made even easier. All you have to do is to DOWNLOAD the mobile app from the respective app stores, INSTALL, ACTIVATE IT yourself and kpakam! You are good to go.

Today, I will be showing you very simply steps on how to setup yourself by following the three 3 steps outlined above. Enjoy!!!

1. DOWNLOAD

How do you download the App?
Presently FirstMobile app is available on Google Playstore for Android users, IOS App Store for Apple users such as IPhone and BlackBerry World for BB users. All you have to do is to locate the store icon on your phone, depending on your phone/device, open it and search for it using the keyword "FirstMobile" (without the quote). However, to make it easier for you, I have decided to share the direct link to this application, all you have to do is to click the link that corresponds to your OS (Operating System) and install the app.
PLEASE NOTE that the bank seriously frowns at sharing this app through, Xender, Flash share or some other file sharing apps this they say is for two (2) reasons.

a. Security - With the increase in fraudulent cases of unauthorized access to customer's accounts, FirstBank has advised that it is safer to download it from the app store instead of getting from other users.

b. Update - An application of this nature goes through regular and constant updates and it has been observed that the ONLY apps downloaded from the play store gets update notification when there's a new update therefore endeavour to download from your mobile app store.

LINKS TO DOWNLOAD FIRSTMOBILE

ANDROID

IOS

BLACKBERRY

However if you have issues accessing any of the links above, simply follow the steps below to set it up. FirstMobile is Simple, Reliable and Fast

How To Download First Bank Mobile app on your android/iOS/BlackBerry Devices

What you Need;
- A smartphone running on any of the compatible OS stated above. For android, a minimum of version 4.1 is needed.

-Internet Connection:
Make sure your phone has an active data connection. If you don't have a data connection, you can simply subscribe to a small one as low as #50 or #100. Also if your phone supports 3G/4G I will advise you turn it ON to make the download and setup faster. Please do not use Xender, flash share or any file sharing app to send the app from another phone to your phone because you may not be able to receive new updates when the app is updated or some security features added. Please only download the app from the Android Google play store/iOS Appstore/Blackberry App Market

2. INSTALL

Click on the Play store/iOS Appstore/Blackberry App Market icon on your device, open it and search for FirstMobile , you will see First bank mobile app. Most likely the first one on the list having a half Gold & blue Colour Elephant logo. Tap the app and click INSTALL and it will start downloading. Just wait for it to download, the download progress should be showing on your phone's status tab.

ACTIVATION
Once the First Bank Mobile app is successfully installed on your phone, the next step is to activate it.

To start the activation process, simply click Open while still on the playstore or simply locate the app on your device desktop and tap to launch the First Mobile App.

For new Users, please click on REGISTER under NEW USER if you are registering for the first time, you will be asked to provide your ATM CARD NUMBER. Your ATM Card Number is the longest number at the front of your ATM card. Starting with 5061 (for Verve card) or 5399 (for MasterCard). Note that some numbers may be hidden for security purposes just make sure you enter them correctly and click NEXT. You will see a notification that an OTP has been sent to your phone, first you will see a field labeled "Mpin" you are required to choose a 5digit PIN as mpin (Mobile PIN), enter it on the second field too. Note that the MPIN is the code you will always use to login, then check your SMS alert phone and retrieve the OTP code sent to you.
Enter it on the OTP field and click NEXT.

The next page will ask you to set 2 security questions and provide answers. A good example is

Security Question 1: What is my Father's Name?
Answer: Tamarabrakemi

Security Question 2: My mother's name:
Answer: Franka

You will be asked to enter TRANSACTION PIN, this is any 4 digit PIN like your ATM PIN (You can just use your ATM PIN here to avoid cramming many PINS)

The last field will ask you to enter Referral Code. Simply type in : SN028737 as REFERRAL CODE then click SAVE and the message

: DEVICE ACTIVATED SUCCESSFULLY will be shown on your screen.

Now Login with your MPIN (5digits) and transact

For existing First bank Mobile app users. I mean someone who was set up before but no longer using the same phone. All you have to do is to click on
ACTIVATE THIS DEVICE
Enter your ATM card number and your ATM pin. Click NEXT. Check your SMS and enter the OTP sent to you, Click SAVE and kpakam! You are done.

FIRSTMOBILE TRANSACTION LIMIT

Pls note that your daily transfer limit is N500,000 without TOKEN & N1,000,000 with token. If you plan to do more than one Million Naira daily, then you should apply for FirstBank Internet Banking (FirstOnline Banking) all you have to do is fill the form at the branch and your login details will be sent to your email within a few days. One of the reasons I love FirstBank is that the same token can be used on both platforms (FirstMobile and FirstOnline).
Now back to the daily transaction limit, the N500,000 and N1,000,000 tokenless and token limit above takes effect from your 3rd transaction, this is a very good security feature from FirstBank knowing that the activation process is do it yourself, Fraudsters can also take advantage of the process hence your first two (2) transactions are limited to a maximum of N20,000 daily. To beat this restriction, you can buy airtime to remove the limit before making any transaction above N20,000.

Its also very important to note that as part of security check, the bank may have reasons to verify the genuineness of the transaction either by placing a call to you or telling you to call their customer care. When this happens, you just have to be patient as it is to safeguard your money. Sometimes, you may just be sent an OTP to your SMS alert line which you are required to enter to authorize your transaction.

Nairaland GeneralLetter To Nigerian Youths by Enddystar(op):
Keep That Degree Aside if It Cannot Pay Your Bills

Most of the educated people in Nigeria are poor. Majority of the educated earn less than N55,000 for a salary before tax and other deductions. When the deductions are put into consideration, the net salary comes to around N50,000. The net salary then suffers from loan deductions of up to N15,000 leaving the salary at around N35,000. The landlord then demands for his N15,000 and monthly shopping takes away N10,000 leaving one with a N10,000. The bus will demand for N300 going to and from work and relatives get another N2,500. The whole salary is gone and borrowed money starts operating. The borrowed money includes short loans and salary advances.

The difference between poverty and prosperity is property. A prosperous person has property to his name while a poverty stricken person has no property to show. Using this understanding, therefore, most of the degree holders are poverty stricken, borrowing money to buy chicken and chips, pizza, and a car.

The biggest excuse for getting paid such low amounts of money and having to sit and work for another person for 30 days is THE DEGREE that one possesses and that’s all. This has made most of the degree holders very poor to poverty stricken and will die that way most likely. A degree holder does not know how to generate money unless that money is generated for the employer. A degree holder is so dependent on the salary that he can do anything to get a job but will not think of starting a business of his own to employ others.

Interesting Facts!

Nigeria is blessed with young people who have master’s degree and others are doctors in different technical fields such as IT and Engineering but all of them have failed to create a cartoon character or develop a movie from the same instead very happy to buy Tom and Jerry for their children thereby promoting American and UK.

In a certain school I visited, there is a man that is of very humble background. He does not speak English but sells Coke, Fanta and Sprite at N80 each making a profit of N10 on each drink. He also sells chips at N50 making a profit of N17 on each portion. Not less than 80 students buy chips and a drink every single day. This means he makes a profit of N27 for a drink and chips and a total profit of N2,160 per day…every single day. In ten days he makes a profit of N21,600 in twenty days N43,200 and in thirty days N64,800.

Some degree holders working in a bank from morning till night gets a salary of N45,000 every month.

Why are the degree holders poor?

Because they have decided to pride themselves in a degree and failed to think better than a man who does not have even a certificate to his name.

Degree holders spend their time liking articles on linkedIn and facebook but never have any care in the world to implement what they like. Poverty starts from the mind, a mind that just likes things but never to implement those things.

If you want to progress, keep that degree and start thinking better than someone without a degree. There's no white collar Job anywhere bro!

Be prepared to get your hands dirty and work like an ox for your business. Your hard work will pay off.

Yours Sincerely. ..

BusinessRe: "2 Years Ago I Started My Business With N30K But Now.."Nigerian Man Reveals.PICS by Enddystar(m):
Reading through some comments here I can only see some Nigerian youths displaying laziness. When a young man starts a venture, no one will notice him, no one cares about the years of suffering, trials and failures but when he makes it to the top, it will become so sudden in our eyes; All we see will be either blood money or yahoo yahoo. I am sorry but no apologies to these crop of lazy folks who only think their university/polytechnic 'paper' is all they need to become wealthy in life. I have a friend who made over 25 Million Naira in his one year of doing Network Marketing business, I am sure only a few companies pay up to that to an entry level staff. Some of us have been introduced to different businesses which we said we could not do later we see people making money is the same business maybe at that time, it would have been late. I am not telling you to join MLM but somehow it will be good if we learn to be positive in our thinking, it doesn't cost anything. I have seen youths who started with very small money and today they make millions some did not even start with money just ideas and you are here condemning. When MMM came, millions of Nigerians trooped in due to our usual get rich quick way without the work that accompanies it & by the time mavro went missing, we could not voice it due to shame.

Before Jumia started their business in Nigeria, many of us did not think it would be possible but today we have Konga, Payporte etc even many Nigerians have now seen that they can actually own their own online shop and they are doing very well.
While opinions differ, always try to be positive, it does not only help you appreciate others but makes you a better person for yourself. Iyke 09095804818
