Hmm. Welcome to the club sad to say. Been on BP medication for 20 years +.
Dont sleep and have to browse or watch TV until I pass out. Even drink but cannot sleep. Take Valium and have to wait to pass out but wake up after 2hrs.
I guess I worry too much. Think too much over things others will sleep about.
The buhari next level has also made it worse thinking of providing for family. School fees etc. Pikin Wan go uni for UK at 460 naira per £ and they are 3. Lol.
My advice is just think less. Try to stay awake all day and not take a nap day time. Focus on work.
If you are married, lay your head on your wife's tommy and get her to scratch your back. All the mosquito bites etc and I bet you, you will pass out in no time. Lol. That is my natural sleeping medication

With all due respect to your opinion but I think it is time we all start saying positive thing about naija. We can not be laying curses on naija everyday and expect good thing from that same naija.It is just like someone waking up every morning to say it will not be well with me,I cam cursed or I am doomed and still expect good things.Agreed thing are bad in naija but I am sure just like the Sense in Nonsense there is still positive to take from naija everyday. As much as I hold a very high interest in your post, being a stakeholder of interest, you killed my eagerness to gulp your piece by referring back to that site.

You should know that nairaland is a forum where mostly serious minded people want to get an overview of happenings around the world. I choose nairaland because it saves me the hassle of having to jump from one site to the other. So, cutting short your piece is a huge turn off because I would still have checked it out to see if you have more interesting piece. Right now, I have to check other threads and hopefully if something else doesn't captivate me, I might revisit your site. Other bloggers or site owners should kindly learn from this.

Hello nairalanders I want to appeal to whoever is lead to assist me financially,I am a young woman based in Lagos and I am into the business of Tiger nuts and date drinks.I also make ginger drinks.I make the drinks and sell within Ikeja and its environs to support myself as jobs are hard to come by.My problem is that the drinks easily gets sour if not refrigerated.I don't have a refrigerator so I beg friends who has to help me keep in theirs.
