Somehow somehow, i got an boot.img file for htc glacier and my phone is now rooted.

Wizyoung: Step 1: I downloaded my htcquickroot1.1.13 by google searching it. If i post download link, it may be broken. Now after downloading to ur computer, open it using winzip or winrar or any windows tool becos the app is a .zip file. Within the .zip file, u will find the following-
-ADB folder,
-Folder named 'tools'
-HTC Quick Root.exe
Click on the htcquickroot.exe .When it opens without u connecting ur phone it should tell you that no phone is found/connected.
Step2: Pick up your phone and goto settings>application>development>enable usb debugging. Also go to settings>power>turn off fast boot by unchecking the box.
Step 3: Connect ur phone via usb cable to ur pc and run the programme (i.e htc quickroot). It should nw have ur phone in the information box.
Step 4: U will find some options on the window. One has two choices *unsecure boot.img *universal exploit. Select universal exploit and click on root device. Wait for it to perform the rest. If done, ur phone will restart.
There u're rooted. Don't bother urself, the app will automatically instal superSU and busybox on ur phone. Voila! Enjoy root privilege.
If u've downloaded the htcquickroot and u're still confused, do nt hesitate to ask me questions. The method is the easiest and u don't run the risk of bricking ur phone.

good evening, been trying to root mytouch glacier 2.3.4, I have s: off, for some time now, downgrading, are root, Adc, all to no avail

maxdozie: After u hav downgraded successfully. Nw its time 4rooting...
1) go to www.4share.com and search for " z4root ZTE blade" download it
2)open the z4root at the down u would she permanent root click on it,it would take 10min or 15min the u can put out ur ba3 and reboot ur fone
3) u would notice a new app installed "superuser" if u c dat app then knw ur gud 2go
4) go to the android market and install root checker.. After installin Open ur root checker .. Wow! U would c rooted succesfuly....

B4 i post on how to install slimbean 4.2.2 pls downgrade and root 1st...
N/T this is the same steps i took to root mine,take ur time reading this cos i would be held responsible 4a bricked phone

I've Been following various rooting process on this forum for a long time now, followed all the process and details, from downgrading, to srs root, to g-free, to Emulator e.t.c, still none is working on my HTC Mytouch 4G Glacier,

why, if i may ask,
1. could it be the case at the tribunal,
2. could it be a paying back time for mimiko refusal to cross over to ACN,

Governor Olusegun mimiko (ondo state) was today swear in for second term of another four years, having won the Ocotober 20 elelction last year, (though other party have rushed to the tribunal, currently the witness are contradicting each other at the tribunal), be that as it may majority of ondo electorate know that Mimiko of Labour Party won that election,.
Now to the point, in his first term this are his visible achievement
1. Massive construction and reconstruction of roads
2. Renovation and beautifivation of Oba adesida road, from road bloack to agbogbo oil (benin garage),
3. Mother and child hospital, Akure and Ondo already in full operation, others are under construction,
4. Construction of mega schools, with various facilities,
5. Building of neighourhood markets for our market women, with facilities, toilet, water, police post etc,
6. Payment of agreed minimum wage of 22,000 naira,
7. Peace in the entire state,
8. Prompt payment of staff salary,
9. Community development projects in the various communities and other interior locations as requested by the communities,
10. Free bus shuttle for school childrens in various local government,
11. Agric village (isuada Owo, Auga akoko, Ore, Idanre),
12. Subsidized transport scheme buses for transport unions,
13.upgrading of OSRC and
14. establishement of Orange FM, u need to fill this station,
15. There ae numerous other project and developmental programmes to develop the state, economic wise, educational aspect,

now another term of second year has just began in ondo state,

I think our country is what make this disparity looking whta it is today, however i can rightly say that, a polytechnic student that knows Its what cannot be pussed aside, infact from very reliable investigation of which i'm involved, i can boldly say that Polytechnic graduate(WHO KNOW its ONION ) are alwys the best whereever you find them, what name you might labelled them.
