On the early days of january this year, I started having backpains. I thought initially that it was due to the excessive weight i lifted. I stopped weight lifting but the pains persisted. With time I started feeling slight pains on the right side of my lower abdomen, where i suspect lies my large intestine(I stand to be corrected). I was scared and decided to visit a medical doctor. I conducted series of tests and scans but nothing was found.
My sister invited me over to Lagos to see a specialist which I did. On getting there I met the doctor and he said I am having ulcers. Yes I have had ulcers in the past but that was in my stomach which i believe is on the left hand side of my abdomen. He said I had too much acid in my intestine and thats what is causing me pains. He gave me an injection to confirm. After a while the pains stopped entirely.
As I got back to Enugu, my ulcers that have never truly shown before has started showing signs now. Anytime i eat I feel the pains in my stomach these days. I cant eat without water. I eat one spoon, I sip water to reduce the pains. But thats not really the big problem, my fears is the right side of my lower abdomen. I hardly sleep, the pains comes and goes. Its not steady. 4days ago I started feeling slight pains on the whole of that my right leg.
I am confused, I am scared, I dont know what this is.

parted company after he was not offered the assistant manager's
role under new boss Jose Mourinho
Ryan Giggs' 29-year association with Manchester United has ended,
with the club confirming his departure from the coaching staff on
Saturday.
Giggs won 35 trophies during his 24 seasons as a first-team player
at Old Trafford, including 13 Premier League titles. He also racked up
a club-record 963 appearances before retiring in the summer of
2014 following a four-game spell as caretaker player-manager
following David Moyes' dismissal.

decided to call time on his glorious spell with United almost three
decades on from his arrival on a Youth Training Scheme deal on his
14th birthday.
Upon his exit, Giggs said in a statement: "After 29 seasons at
Manchester United as a player and assistant manager, I know
winning is in the DNA of this club - giving youth a chance, and
playing attacking and exciting football. It’s healthy to have high
expectations, it’s right to expect to win. Manchester United expects,

"This is why it is a huge decision for me to step away from the club
that has been my life since the age of 14. It has not been a decision
