I actually considered the timing but decided not to say anything about it.. if I was to say something about it, I will say I prefer the 12-6 am timing.. u can easily use 1gb of data under an hour if the network is good enough.. 9pm would prolly just make u go to bed earlier but also consider that the speed increases after mid night.. so instead of wasting ba3 trying to download around 9pm, u could just chill and wait till mid night and do everything fast..
