For those dat re shouting moses have a child out of wed lock, just wanna ask if there is big deal in it. We all belong to different school of thoughts. If I like I can have a child out of wedlock its no body's headache, is it? Is there something special in marriage? Perhaps, What of those celebrity dat engaged in marriage 2day,in d next few months they re out..Everyone is entitled to his/her personal life n is a matter of choice. |
Hmm. Unilorin is, for me, a thorny issue. They benefit from every ASUU strike, but don't get to do any of the dirty work. There is some history to this, which I won't like to go into. There is a certain element of monkey-dey-work-baboon-dey-chop element to it, but personally, I just believe that posterity acts as a filter that sorts out everything. It's important to stress that ASUU is not this cult-like organization where everyone agrees to everything. all shades of opinion are usually expressed at meetings, and it is no surprise that some universities would, for whatever reason, decide not to take part in the strike. I am not here to judge whether that is right or wrong. I have laid out the facts to the best of my abilities above. Let Nigerians decide whether ASUU has reason to take government on or not. If we can't make the system better, them no tie our leg down here, abi? Then I think its unfair and partial for Unilorin not to join d strike afterall its an industrial action. Therefore, all public institution should be on strike and not sparing some. I guess this is a trick question Of course nothing you mentioned has any place in a proper university. In my opinion, fund education well and put pressure on us to deliver. Those of us who do not deliver or who err, ship us out! So it means students should continue to pay for d negligence in d sector? It will be hard to answer this in a few words. Different universities use their IGR the way they see fit. If you want to know whether it is true that they embezzle most of it, I cannot fully speak to that. While there is inevitably going to be some losses due to corruption (this is Nigeria..) I have also seen enough to know that most people have no clue about how expensive the sundry aspects of running a university are.
we need to kill corruption and not d otherway round..some students look up to you guys (lecturers),they always follows ur footprints. U ppl should try n portray yourselves positively and lay good examples to follow by. |
Thanks prof 4 ur timeout... (1)What about some universities that re left out of ASUU's strike for instance, Unilorin and others that have already opted out of the strike? (2)Let assume govt released the #400b,re the universities I mentioned earlier gonna have their own share? (3)What is ur take on these; Intimacy, sales of shoddy handouts outrageously, extortion b4 marks could be given? (4)What is the use of the internal revenue generation by d schools? |
I hope nemesis would catch up with this judge dats if and if..... That's y if they re being butchered mercilessly, all we need do is seek 4giveness from God first b4 pitying them cos they might av oppressed d oppressor. |
God knows best. |
theshadyexpress: guy how many times will I tell you they government is not spending one naira on this project,it is going to be 100% private sector driven, government will only provide the land.can u c urself, a gullible fellow calling another person gullible. U need not to imbibe those trashes u listen to... FG can go d extra mile just to deceive ur type. That blueprint of theirs is just a mere camouflage. U can't be 100% percent sure it gonna be driven by private sector. |
CLIQBOY: Mass what?!!!!!!! ![]() CLIQBOY: Mass what?!!!!!!!mass median. |
theshadyexpress: ur post just confirmed that you are indeed gullible.... no need arguing with ugullible of what?....dat am telling u d fact? Enough of these suffering and smiling....RE U A POLITICIAN OR ASPIRING POLITICIAN? |
teskyg: White Elephant Project.BRT is a disaster.the same Fashola who could not manage the BRT transport scheme is dreaming of Cable transport, this must be a joke.I guess u don't reside in lagos...personally, I've boarded BRT buses times without number. It is cheaper, convenient and faster. most lagosians can testify to it. U see ur life. |
gregg2: Bunch of greedy criminalshey! Haters like U should av been on an exile for saying trash u don't know abt....Asylum seeker. |
iterator25: wetin your pa don do for this life wey e comenairaland shaa, person go laff so tey water go come out from hin eye. |
jentlsoul: idiot what of the money the fed gov have been to naija delta. U have ministry, president, militant etc what else do want again.I wonder o...help me ask him where he was when dat ex militant dat bought private jet dat worth over billions of naira |
theshadyexpress: why are nairalanders so gullible that they comment without reading, well let me take it in my strides to put you out of your misery.c dis one, so u will tell me u don't know d trick of these politicians, ehn...u c, we don't av to deceive ourselves, we all know what this ppl re capable of doing. Moreso, when they bought 53 gold coated iphones valued over #600m for independence anniversary, where were u? Where re d jobs d gold iphones created 4 nigerians? .....sorry re u a learner? Or u be JJC? |
taharqa: Anybody who come here to criticize this Private-led new city project but on d other hand praise Eko Atlantic is a bladdi HYPOCRITE.... Apart from that, am not too interested. The Private sector can spend their monies to invest where/on what they want. If it produces jobs and Real Estate, good. Not such a top priority for me, though..what do they want to sell inside d centenary village? Useless ppl doing useless things. |
Its a welcome development but it's gonna affect d poor masses mostly and stylishly affect d rich ones too. It would have been better if NLC as a whole join in favour of ASUU to embark on a serious strike. Obviously, its gonna shake d economic activities of d country rigorously thereby proffering a possible solutions to d situation on ground. Though, ASUU as a body has its own numerous issues too. Both of them re very useless. This present(shoeless) government has nothing to offer Nigerians. Its a pity that some sentimental driven nairalander will come and back this clueless, dumbest and selfish Gej of a leader.. Moreso, Am sure most Nigerians re highly disappointed in this 'wayo' man called Geh. He'd be given cold shoulder come 2015. |
2good: Typical dumb and stupid Nigerian with nothing to offer and plenty to steal and claim. Idi.otdidn't u read d topic or u re short of intensive memory for u to understand dat d guy (Toheeb)amongst other participants involved in an entrepreneurship competition and came out in flying colours with cash prize..Instead of u congratulating him for d success but u rather ranted. Had if been d guy committed an offence, its u of all ppl dat will still go against him... Betterstill, u fit go jump inside shiroro dam n drown. #ANIMAL. |
2good: Nigerians like to take pride in what they didn't work for. The guy is first an American before a Nigeria and nobody bothered to mention that coz you all like to reap where you did not sow.y is dis muron bleating. |
Bimpss: The topic is misleading, they only got $25,000. The topic makes it sounds like they got $250,000.yes u re right..if u've gone through d post its quite different. |
dazzy4real: Nairaland made me understand that most people don't read before they comment! SMH! 250k was donated n 25k was awarded!dats how they fail exams instead they blame d examination body for mass failure. |
Paroman: o boy! I don hammer!! $250,000 naira. All for me?eni t'olorun o dunu ton la sugar... @post, good 4 him. |
nuelkaosi: Couldn't help laughing buh the fact is dat itz a MAN'S WORLD!!. Simple.Tell them...most Nigerian girlz worwor die, dats y u c most of them bleaching their flaby skin in d name of skin toning. |
Usbeel: Vote for me (Stardom Artiste Contest) online at http://m.naijaartiste.net/contest/usbeel/I wanted to vote 4u but u lack courtesy. |
lurvy: I think all this people trying to sue ASUU are only trying to seek attention for themselves. He sued both FG and ASUU. I wonder how u take survive waec summary passage.. |
timwezzb: Why will HE do thatwhy wouldn't he do that? |
Now I think its better as ASUP is on strike... Am quite sure govt will never listen to ASUP this time cos even ASUU dat av been on strike for d past 3months is not on their priority list. I forsee a big doom in this country. |
iamswizz: guy, u worst o... Moment of silence online?infact d guy is retarded mentally. |
iamswizz: Where are the picsso blind man they on nairaland |
Like father like son. |
Teebest82: There's no need deceiving ourselves here,i sent her the 1500,I know some guys would be dissapointed in me for taking this step, but i did it purposely, and thank God i did that because i now know she's not a wife material.Imagine her asking me to send her a 500 credit for her BB subscription again, this is one of the reasons i found it so hard to fall in luv with ladies, she has presented herself as a cheap girl,so i'l b taking her 4a ride. Some guys have done worse than sending 1500,so check yourselves before pointing an accusing finger. ![]() Teebest82: There's no need deceiving ourselves here,i sent her the 1500,I know some guys would be dissapointed in me for taking this step, but i did it purposely, and thank God i did that because i now know she's not a wife material.Imagine her asking me to send her a 500 credit for her BB subscription again, this is one of the reasons i found it so hard to fall in luv with ladies, she has presented herself as a cheap girl,so i'l b taking her 4a ride. Some guys have done worse than sending 1500,so check yourselves before pointing an accusing finger. |
sojax2cool: Why they no put fresh leaf for the front of the airplane. We are beginning to neglect our tradition in 9ja. The green leaf in front and back of a vehicle carrying a corpse is very important in our olden days.c time wey u comment, una no dey sleep. |
How would they get his corpse arrived in Ondo? Hope it won't be by air again. If so, let the corpse be the only passenger in the plane.
"only passenger?" Will d corpse pilot himself. |
