wasak: ASUU president was well prepared for the interview. I just don't like the way he hardly smiles always frowning!mawo oju uche. |
He said 2009 agreement was omitted by the govt..
he said, who said? Pls make it explicitly known when giving reports. |
A serious student will have it in mind dat d indefinite strike can be call off @any point in time,..u can't eat ur cake and still have it. If u wanna work, work and if u wanna study, study...imagine, good 5months went by without achieving anything either studying or making money is nobody's business... It shows d extent @ which MONEY is preferred to STUDYING, Nevertheless, a serious student can work @ d same time study as well during leisure hours. ... I believe no student can change d directives from d school authority. |
Baseless news without genuine source! |
NEXT! |
Nice! But i just hope there is an end in sight cos I'm tired of reading till date ...is not easy @ all by reading same thing over 'n' over. |
Yeye ppl (unijos congress) dat voted against discontinuation of d strike re now d one retreating. |
Honestly speaking, I'm fed up with issues concerning ASUU. |
Fant: Don't woo her yet. Just be her comforter for now and then strike latter.u meant strike 'n' die? |
Eleribu eda! |
pasqal09: She uses her hand to eat eba and meat, so how's that bad table manners?d guy no well• |
stevedure: It won't work u say? Maybe u shul make more reserches and gather ur facts right b4 comin on social media 2 comment, i mean no offence! Now, do u knw why River state university is not partaking in the strike? Cos Gov. Amaechi dealt with d ASUU in dat skul. He layed off the members who refused 2 work, employed new ones. I knw u would say the case in court dat's if u're aware of it, now let me tell u dat it's been 2yrs now and i dnt see it been resolved in court within anoda 2yrs time, isn't 4yrs enof time 2 graduate a set of students 4rm yr1? If a governor with limited powers and resources can do it den do not under-estimate d president of a nation! The commander in chief of Army, Navy, Airforce, Police etc, am sure ASUU members can't out-number those people, they will go to court after they are sacked, the court will use 8yrs to investigate, den wen they(ASUU) finally win d case, by den i must have graduated same as all undergraduates now, den most of the lecturers must have attain their retirement ages, they will be retired n paid gratuity, who loose? If u have frnds or relatives who are lecturers better advice them now!u're right! |
This is what happens when you refuse to take a bow and exit the stage when the ovation is loudest. . . ASUU, you see your life ![]() |
Cmfrt001: Providing security to empty campuses? Funny act. Federal Government should better stop using force on this lecturers because it will only prolong the strike. And if they think they can coerce the vice chancellors to call off the strike, then they should have it at the back of their minds that the VCs are not lecturers so therefore, they should make haste in granting the lecturers their demands before it's too late. Na we students dey suffer pass*trying to remember my dept*.see this one, where were u when majority of their members voted for the discontinuation of the strike....my dear, most lecturers too re tired mehn. |
TBrownAuto: so sorry for you are the young foolssorry 4ya self |
1313: If the federal government is sincere in their promise to ASUU, why can't they sign that agreement? Verbal agreement in this country is a deceptive strategy to push this issue aside. Why give them ultimatum when it comes to making your agreement formal and binding? I trust ASUU. Let's wait and see how the drama unfolds.common let's 4get about d past and face d current issue. FG has done its part by shifting ground a bit, y can't ASUU also adhere to their promise after taken the outcome of d long hour meeting with d presidency to their members, inotherwords, the majority of their members voted against d continuation of d strike but they rather think they can toy with d education of the Nigeria students by politicising every bit of their action; its uncalled for. Most Nigerians re indifferent abt ASUU in their latest development by reaping where they didn't sow, I can't just imagine them demanding for the salary they didn't work for and still some gullible Nigerians will come out here without condeming ASUU's actions. As a student, I think I've endured enough...Apparently, the strike has done more harm than good, what's the essence of fighting earlessly if the anticipated result is not achieved, there's is an addage in toruba that says "ai'gbe lokere mo didun obe" simply means "the taste of pudden is in eating" It simply shows that they aint fighting for the betterment of the Nigeria varsities and reverse is d case. As an anti-Jonathan, I don't really know what Mr president can do to satisfy their need fully cos negotiations can't be met fully if not other bodies/organisations/sectors will take prolonge strike as a tool to show their grievances for instance,I heard ASUP too re now on strike... Lo and behold,I commend jondaft for his zeal to exterminating those scourges called ASUU. @topic, I think the deployment of men of d police to our varsities if permanently that is, after the face-off will definitely lead to extra judicial killing, molestation, extortion and what aview. Finally,to my fellow students :- EKU ASUU STRIKE O, ASUU TI SU WAO. |
The importance of exercise and water can't be overemphasised unfortunately they aint among. |
Bad omen! |
"My breasts are still filled with milk and no baby to suckle them." Those male warders who re thirsty'll drink it. That's no problem. |
Ama tasudite. Hmmm, I miss ijagun. |
Lwkmd!!! U nearly ran mad if not for d nurse assistance. |
Useless ASUU... These ppl re crazy na, they didn't work still they re clamouring for payment. Some reasonable ppl can deduce with me that these i.diots re fighting for their pockets, not for the decaying standard of education. May their lives be miserable. Foolish ppl. |
DC Trendy: Diversify. Dont put all the money in one place.this guy is a fraudster. One of my family members actually involved in this so called investment, unfortunately they duped him though its been 5years ago. So I wouldn't want anyone to fall a victim again. |
Kizyte: What kind of business can I invest Five Million Naira and how much percentage income can it yield per month? The below suggestion might not be the best interms of huge profit but its risk free and safe.... Invest the 5million in fixed deposit account in a reputable bank, the interest will be on a monthly basis in which can yield up to 35k monthly. Don't mind those ppl advicing u to go invest in one risky business or the other. Pls don't fall a victim. #NAIJA NO DEY SMILE:- BEWARE!!! |
akins56: guy, wetin do u na?, nw u don force me to comment!, to b sincere i could also kill any1 involve in this impasse if, and if i av d power to do so!my man, why re you so nervous because of a mere trash the i.diot posted? |
Ebig22: anybody wey view this thing without commenting again God go kill amguy u be salaro!...sincerely speaking, I wonder how u got admitted with this carefree attitude of yours, you need urgent attention before you loose to the street.re we the cause of ur predicament? #OMOERAN. |
My 2nd semester exam was to be scheduled 2weeks before d protracted strike commenced. I've been able to read almost everyday @least an 1hr since occurrence of d imbroglio... I have been driven by God's favour, determination and perseverance, not easy though! |
Where re they converging on? My prayer is for the lingering strike to be call/ suspended by next week if this news is something to write home about...I hope nobody 'll die even b4 and after the meeting, also we students 'll get to our respective schools safely by his Grace (AMEN).

An animal (wada) 'll always behave like one of course. Imagine, a fatal accident occurred @ about 11am, unfortunately for him to have visited d hospital around 5pm it shows how caring he ws... He should call his convoys to order for their careless driving, afterall, they aint d only road users, so that this ugly incident won't occur again. |
Heyliesha: A teacher walks into d Classroom and says; If only Yesterday was Tomorrow, Today would have been a Saturday. Now on which Day did the Teacher make dis Statement? Reply..please..I think he made d statement on Thursday. |
