Hello Nairalanders Several leaks relating to oraimo’s upcoming new earbuds release have surfaced online and it has gotten people excited. A few Tech bloggers on Twitter have reported that the No 1 smart accessories brand in Nigeria is set to unveil a new product called oraimo Riff. Although these speculations have not been confirmed by the company, the news is gradually gaining ground on social media. The hashtag #neworaimoriff trended just last week, and tech enthusiasts are beginning to accept the news with open arms. In what will come off as an early new year’s gift to their fans, the new gadget is presumed to come in tiny ultra-fit buds; having a firmer grip on the user's ears during active or inactive use.The new product is said to come in an innovative ergonomic design and a single earbud is alleged to weigh only 3.5g; for easy carriage thereby supporting optimum device mobility. According to popular tech analysts’ tweets, the new device is enriched with ENC 2-mic Technology that suppresses environmental noise for crystal clear voice calls, a dynamic Sound, a Type C charging cable, IPX4 Splash & Sweat Protection; making it the perfect companion for gym buddies. The upgraded app which was announced on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, is a multi-functional app designed to allow customers to make enquiries, check and pay bills, report/resolve complaints, and promptly contact customer care representatives. It also offers live chat and account management functions. Speaking at the unveiling of the upgraded app, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ikeja Electric, Folake Soetan, said: “The latest IE Mobile App is a demonstration that company is forward-thinking, innovative and customer-centric. We are a vibrant brand. We are bold and excited to always aim for greatness in order to bring development to the power sector. We dare to consistently improve our services in order to improve customer experience and achieve better results. "As a company, we are pleased to present this latest version of IE Mobile App to our customers across the network thereby giving them seamless access to our services with convenience and at the same time enriching their experience. The upgraded Mobile App is currently available for download on the Google play store and iOS Store for iPhone users. To download the app, customers can simply go to Google Play Store or Apple Store. Then, customers will need to set up their account using IE Account Number, verify their phone number, set and confirm passwords. The upgraded app is expected to further strengthen Ikeja Electric’s position in the power sector as a pioneer in providing solutions for customer satisfaction, as well as creating value and exceptional service delivery.
