EH has not been abandoned. Reason they haven't called is govt staff below Assistant mgr grade still hasn't resumed. They can't give out APL's and begin to pay salaries to staff that are not working. I don't know why this didn't apply to GT's.
The IOR recently done took care of Managerial cadre but Supervisors and Senior Officers cadre is still on(pending). This information is 100% correct.
I also don't know why NNPC didn't just communicate this to hopefuls. Everyone still hopeful should remain hopeful.
Also NO CONTRACT STAFF was given APL, anyone that feels strongly against this should post an APL given to a contract staff.

Shouldn't that letter be addressed to The ES NCDMB, Nigerian content tower,Oxbow lake road?
Which address is quoted in that letter? Is it NCDMB address?.

Lol, are u an HR staffer in NNPC for us to believe you? I was part of that recruitment and infact a candidate of late Baru. If people got in and it might not be from that recruitment as u said,why reference it as the basis for ur conclusion? Before the recent recruitment of 2019, there was no SS6 and 5 staff because the guys that got in 2012 were already in SS4. The guys that got in according to you in 2015, which grades were they then placed? Anyways, not to digress from the focus of this tread but have it in mind that NO ONE got into NNPC in 2015.

This letter is problematic from my observation. Ibe Kachikwu as of 2019 is no longer a Minister or stakeholder in the Ministry of Petroleum so wondering how is name is among the Board of Directors.

Secondly the request of the letter which is asking for waiver from FCC to advertise for recruitment which is a standard procedure is not what is obtainable in this current recruitment exercise.

On that basis I have my doubts about the veracity of the letter as regards this recruitment

Mr. Sylva was appointed minister in August 2019, the letter is dated June, 2019. I'm sure that letter headed was printed at the commencement of that fiscal year and would ordinarily carry Ibe Kachikwu as minister and board chair(NCDMB), Who stopped being minister bare two weeks before the dated letter. I think it is genuine also for reason that every other board members name on the letter headed is correct.

I know its quiet difficult to swallow..but the info came not just from a source but from one of those that trained them...no be them say...he categorically stated 290 were trained..and the rest that are still waiting will have to move on because no recruitment coming anytime soon.I swear as he was talking..I just weak...belike den pour me cold water...what will I gain by lieing..

I can categorically tell you that not a single soul has been issued APL for EH category. Some people here have access to the very top and just come here to gloss over information flying around. Relax and be hopeful to be among the lucky ones to be issued.

It would be prorated and paid to you. Some organizations pay upfront only after confirmation though but some pay upon assumption of duty.

Spoke with a friend in NPDC, he said he will speak with someone in HR and confirm. He just called back and said EH is not cancelled that the ambiguity with that tweet must be from the handler. That EH is an integral part of the recruitment. So, fingers crossed while we continue waiting.

The issue of discrimination does not arise. The issue of discrimination will only arise where the petitioner has met the conditions and is still being discriminated against on grounds such as sex, tribe, political affiliation. Etc. I see the present complaint is on discrimination on the grounds of age. The lawyer is cashing in on the provision of section 42 of the constitution of Nigeria. Well, we shall see how the Court interprets the provision vis-a- vis the ongoing nnpc recruitment.

Lots of people have no clue the way recruitment works even with govt MDAs. General recruitments of this nature, even if a list is sent from Presidency, they will indeed get the job, but will wait,collect APL with others and resume with everyone else. Its baffling how people reason. If they have resumed, who onboarded them? We should not be in a haste to type to impress gullible people and gettison reasoning. NOBODY has collected APL.

Firstly, is there any known statute law that supports e-collation? Simple answer is NO. Secondly is there any statute law that prohibits e-collation? Simple answer is no.
In 2015, the Electoral Act was amended and gave INEC powers to conduct elections based on her guidelines.
Simple question now is, was E-collation part of INEC guideline for the presidential election? Simple answer is YES. I just wonder how some lawyers are incapable of critical thinking and simple logic. There is no reason why the tribunal will not accept PDP's arguement along that line.
