I need help please. Warning!! Hello everyone, FTM hope I am welcome. Please I need your help, my babies are 8days today currently in NICU. Was told to be expressing breastmilk 2hourly. But my problem here is that I'm not lactation well, I barely manage to pump 20-40mls. Is there anything I could take to help out...... Please

Since last week Wednesday I have been feeling some kind of mild tightening in my tummy, it tightens so hard and then loosen up. Though it isn't painful but kind of discomforting.

Sabi mamas please is that Braxton Hicks? I can't remember feeling that way during my first. Hubby said it might be due to the stress during Salah.
