The exercise has not been cancelled. Yes all is ready but it’s been delayed for reasons best known to those in-charge. However the number of those that will make it compared to those partook in the interview is interestingly small.

i got some info from someone privy to insider info from the management. It’s not verified but most likely true. I won’t go into too much details lest I get lynched by keyboard warriors.

1. Process was in the hand of a female GGM. The process was finished without external influence but then the new management had issues with the selection as some zones had more successful candidates than others.

2. GGM was asked to review to ensure a more balanced selection.

3. With new management, interests seem to be mounting pressure. Also, new members of the house want slots for their constituents. Support workers from refineries are threatening strike action because they want to be converted to permanent staff before any new recruits would come in.

4. All these have caused delay in the release of the APL’s

All theory has been rendered useless. NNPC has always paid every invitee. Mind you, someone here said he/she got TF a year after the recruitment process n didn't get APL. So the theory of NNPC compensating unsuccessful applicant only does not hold water.

I understand a lot of arguments have been put across for and against the above.

While I have no "from the source", objective thinking have made me realise nothing stops NN pc from a one time disbursement of tf unless its trying to study every applicantion, of which its conclusion leads to TF.

This I believe is a good omen. So if you have received tf, I believe your interview scoring has been concluded. Which means those yet to recieve their Tf are yet to be scored.

So is there a correlation between TF and APL? Well, thats for you to decide.

How do you explain that NNPC would conclude the scoring of a selected people and a particular date and leave out others on that same date while they move on to another date?

I really do not know if the payment is by date but if it is. My own hunch thinks everyone on a particular date has been scored and put into the divide he or she belongs
