Abba kyari did a good job in arresting Evans, but did he also tell Evans that ' he has the Right to remain silence and anything he says would be used against him at the court of law and he has the right to a legal representation'. I wonder because he has been talking too much to the Police and the media. Even if he may go for live imprisonment or death penalty according to the law of the land, i think he needs a lawyer to defend him and grant all this interview. |

Killing in any form is evil and barbaric and the culprit should be punished. But in the otherhand, Nigerians are killed in south Africa by South Africans. And other parts of the world by the indigene of those countries but at the end of it, the culprits are released without charge. It happens even in our neighbouring African countries. |
