These are some of the issues we face in Nigeria, we have leaders that do not want to be questioned, whether or not what they say or do is right.
In a job recruitment, a fellow applicant (Not interviewer o or a decision maker) wants graduates to take his info hook, line and sinker. Mad oh!
Even my 7 year old nephew will put holes in a story anyone tells him if it doesn't make sense to him.

And it won't taste too good to leave your comfort zone alll in the name of a job, and your salary is not coming regularly. They are over doing this thing.

Bros, biko be patient...the Interview for core civil service just finished like 2 weeks ago, relative to most open recruitments by The government, this is pretty transparent and fast. Some people have suggested that they are looking to end the process by the end of this month, it wont kill you to wait for a couple more weeks.

May the odds ever be in our favour.

I really do not want another interview, just employment, so I don't like that info, but let's respect each other no one needs to be insulted.

Yes but the stage is for the appointment letter where they need you to just answer to little questions then offer you the letter instantly.
Some see the information as harsh but is better to know so that one will pray for the smooth way before the day and with my experience, many by that time of teaching recruitment lose it bcs of a mere questions that were thrown to them.
We all want it in an easy way this is reason of sharing our ideas. I think I'm clear for you for the way you wisely approach the post not in irrational way.

When people go to collect their appointment letters, they may ask you a few questions and some people may still lose the offer at that point. That makes sense...even though i don't see the point after their names have been typed on an offer letter.

Your initial comment was that there will be an 'aptitude test to assess effort'...that is what we are saying doesn't make sense. Stop shifting goal post.

Open forums like these should be a place to share information (verified and speculative). I just assumed that the information in a thread like this where everyone is a graduate should be reasonable.

1. Writing skills have been tested using essays during application
2. Aptitude tests have been written to test logical, numerical and verbal reasoning
3. Screening has been done to confirm 1 and 2 above and also verify credentials
4 Interviews are being conducted to test oral ability, verify credentials again and confirm your specific and general knowledge.

I dont know of any organization that still requires people to write acceptance letters. It is usually a part of your offer letter where you write your name, sign and return to them.

Oga said they want to assess effort for appointment letters. Wtf does that even mean? People traveling upandan and waiting all day to be screened and interviewed isn't effort enough?

After i saw the guy's comment about account number for checking IPPIS and weeding people out. I just know how unreliable his information is. It's okay to speculate but let it even make sense. Not 1+2 = Mango.

I got an information from a person with little idea about it that, the interview shows you are ready and attempt to work with them. The next stage is appointment letter and there will be an aptitude test for it where they normally assess the effort. Therefore according to the person, the interview is not the assessment just to know how many people are ready for the work.

How are they going to check the accounts? To get any details from a person's account, they would have to request for it from the Banks. And No, KDSG does not have the power to request for such info from a bank. Only federal bodies like CBN, EFCC, Police etc. these bodies have federal laws and acts empowering them. Please stop propounding theories wey no dey! We all dont know why they asked for the account numbers, paying people some kind of stipend seems the most plausible and most reasonable.

The DG of NTA is answerable to the minister of information, the minister of state and possibly the perm. Sec. A director in the ministry of information may not control NTA staff but he has influence in NTA...especially if he is in charge of a unit in the ministry that oversees media and Television.

There are credible information from Directors office which collaborate with what i heard from the ministers office and FCC in respect to DPR 2016 recruitment and the attachments. I had to verify emmiditely I heard of it but I'm supprise the guy hasn't drop it here, maybe he would after going through my writings. I'm not Ready to SPILL either.

It is very okay to not want to share any info because of how people respond to things on this platform.
It is however Childish of you to come here and claim to have info but you don't want to share. To what end? For people to beg you? Or to make yourself feel important? For what exactly?. You have info you dont want to share? keep quiet! you have info to share? you share....Just Grow up abeg!
(PS: I am not asking you to share whatever you claim to know, whether or not you share, whatever will happen at DPR will happen)
