How much they are paying or how much they said they are going to pay? Most of the States haven't started paying the minimum wage.

I didn't receive application id and password after making payments. Remita sent me a receipt of payment to my email.

After the payment, you are supposed to be redirected to the portal where you will see your application ID and given a space to choose your password. If you didn't, send mail to those addresses and keep your eyes on your mail

Few days ago I registered for pgd program but I find it difficult to reset my password inorder to complete my registration. When I click on reset password it showing invalid application number. Also when is the deadline for school fees payment

You APPLIED not registered. When you applied, did you make payment, did your receive application ID and password after payment? You were suppose to receive your application ID on a screen just after payment confirmation on the Remita website. If however you didn't receive, send email to centralinfo@noun.edu.ng and copy to noumis@noun.edu.ng attaching your receipt of payment

Why do you say Study Centres are ineffective?

Will you be able to go through the university without the Study Centres? If you have an issue, state it here and if it cannot be resolved here, you will surely be told to go to the study centre.

Don't even waste your time responding to him. He only come here to hustle TMA customers or other customers.

There are some issues that cannot be resolved from the front end. Such has to be addressed from the backend. They may be inefficient in some places but there are some issues you cannot get resolved easily without them. And FYI, it is not all issues I refer to study Centres and you could have easily given him solution instead of this.

If indeed you have tried what you need to do and it is still not working, you will have to visit your Study centre and give the accountant your details and the details of the payment.
Registration according to the current information closes around 30th October.

It takes some days for you to be able to do that. Give it some days. Just keep checking and it will be available eventually.

Hello sir so I have checked and those courses are not there but it's showing courses that I have registered and passed even projects that am waiting for the results, so I screenshot and send it to support and MIS I also raise another ticket complaining about the courses that I have done that are showing again, I did these under course and registration complains

This page below is enough reason for your claim. The other courses listed, you have them in your comprehensive result as seen in support.nou.edu.ng. The outstanding courses are not registrable courses. Attach that and send as part of your complaint.

Please, don't forget to write that you didn't do semester registration, otherwise, that auto deductions or auto semester registration they did may become an issue during clearance.

I guess it is one of those courses that only 3 students passed.
As the HOD, he wasn't supposed to do that instead call the lecturer to order that he is not doing his job well. You cannot have 300 students for instance and only 10 pass. It should not be acceptable.

See the attached on how to send to your department. It should be on Graduation Related Issues to your Faculty.
As for paying 18k before viewing your portal, kindly register on the new portal. Somehow, I see everyone has been deducted the money for the semester even when not initiated. Use the window to do the check and raise ticket later that you didn't do any semester registration (of cos, it is true).
Do that and check your portal if the course is not there, screenshot. And save it.

I only generated a ticket for remitta payment and it didnt require my details to do so. It was after payment and return to the platform that i discovered the error

Have you not used the online application system? There is no way that can be used for another person.

I doubt if this is possible because the field for the amount is not always editable while raising Remita for Transcript...Unless you click different thing other than within Nigeria.

He was supposed to apply for STUDENT COPY (10K)
But chose Within Nigeria Transcripts (15k)
He has paid the 15k and just realized that is not the one he needs.

The truth is that, that issue will take time. My candid advice is that, if the deadline dey close,abeg, find money and apply for the one you want.

Hello house, please i need assistance. I made a payment of 150000 for noun pg transcript to universities within nigeria instead of 10000 for student copy. I sent a mail to them to help redirect the payment but they said its not possible that i should apply for a refund. I have sent over 20 mails to the unit involved without reply. I need the money to appy for the student transcript. Any one with any info on how to go about this please. I paid via remmitta.

Anything REFUND takes time. How did you apply for the refund? And did you ask them how you were supposed to apply for the refund?

What's the solution?

Go and swear affidavit and publish in the newspaper for change of name from the former to the present.
You will need to attach that to all your documents during verification and also, u have to upload the same.

Go to support site and make complaint to your department and attach the screenshots.

I had someone with similar issue (Maths and Computer Science), till now, the student is yet to graduate when he should have graduated since last year. We have filed complaints. MIS said the course is not meant for him and the department kept saying it's an outstanding. The reply from MIS is what we sent to the department and we are awaiting the next graduation list now, hoping that counts.
