Your minor brain should not be making quick generalizations knowing it's a fallacy. If animal lovers exist in u.k they exist in Nigeria. it's a universal meaning to love things or people. There nothing so difficult about Nigeria that people cannot love things. Its common everywhere..speak for yourself. You the one who made the assumption streaming from your small mind that he could have been paid less .which is a wild assumption for someone who has not done any investigation in that regards. I only countered it using terms like "could". But trust your small mind to think in absolute terms.

Many are in the line with what they love and it's sustaining them. They may not be making much but are very contented.

Even if you are working for your passion, is that why you should be under paid?
I don't see the sense you are trying to make. The late man works in a high institution- a veterinary technologists. I can tell you, he is just like every Nigerian in the academics today who are underpaid. I wonder what u were thinking writing those things up there. Maybe u didn't do your findings. You read nothing about the man and his post before coming here to comment. When next you want to claim big brain, get your facts straight because with all you have said, this is not how big brains reason. Only big heads reason like this. Enjoy your day sir.

Una minor brain always revolve around money. No de occur to small mind that some work with animals because they love to. Money gains could be the least of their considerations
Your major brain should have reminded you that this is Nigeria. How many people are able to find job in their area of passion? From how you get admitted into courses of study you didn't apply for in school, remaining in your passion, the chance is insignificant. How many people can their passion sustain economically? Mr. Large brain, seems you need to check again what you have been feeding your brains cos you simply lack facts and good sense of judgement. And above all, you lack MANNERS.

It's not high-risk.

Drivers, builders, Conductors, Farmers, Fishermen, Police Officers, Firefighters, Logging workers, Miners, Roofers, Delivery Drivers, Power Linemen, Crane workers all carry higher risk.

I could list many more.

Safety guards, Electricians, Warehousing, General Factory Labour, Military etc.
Let me ask you this... What is your chance of survival when you encounters a lion?

I didn't say the ones you listed are not risky or less risky but I difer in your judgement that it is not a risky job.

Here are some risks involved:

Potential for Attacks: Lions are powerful predators with sharp teeth and claws. Despite being in captivity, they still retain their instinctual behaviours, including aggression. There's always a risk of a lion attacking the keeper, especially during feeding times when they are most active and excited.

Close Proximity to Dangerous Animals: Keepers must work in close proximity to lions, often within the same enclosure. This proximity increases the likelihood of accidental contact or aggression from the lions.

Unpredictable Behaviour: Even well-trained lions can exhibit unpredictable behaviour. Factors such as changes in environment, health issues, or hormonal fluctuations can influence their behaviour, making it difficult for keepers to anticipate their actions.

Handling Raw Meat: Feeding lions involves handling raw meat, which can carry bacteria and pathogens that pose health risks to keepers. There's also a risk of injury from sharp bones or tools used during the feeding process.

Equipment Malfunction: The equipment used for feeding, such as gates, barriers, or feeding tools, can malfunction, potentially putting keepers in dangerous situations if they're inside the enclosure with the lions.

Physical Demands: Feeding large carnivores like lions requires physical strength and agility. Keepers may need to lift heavy carcasses or navigate uneven terrain within the enclosure, increasing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.

Stress and Fatigue: Working with dangerous animals in a high-pressure environment can lead to stress and fatigue, which can impair judgment and increase the likelihood of accidents or injuries.

Overall, the combination of working with powerful predators, handling raw meat, and being in close proximity to unpredictable animals makes feeding lions in a zoo a high-risk job that requires specialized training, strict safety protocols, and constant vigilance.

These are major courses in my opinion. Before the close of reg this semester, I think the convocation will take place. You can hold on for now to see if your name will come out before you register. You are at the mercy of your departmental officers.

All for just survival... If you find out how much the man was being paid for this kind of high risk job, you will cry the more.

Hello boss man, thanks for all you do on this forum
I have passed 134 credit units in my courses tho I still have 4 outstanding courses on my statement of result do I need to take and pass all the outstanding courses or can I graduate with 134 credit units as they only require 120 credit unit of us?
It largely depends on the outstanding courses left. While some can be overlooked, some core courses cannot.
For instance, no matter your TCE, if you don't pass seminar, project or Teaching Practice, the student cannot graduate.
The department sometimes look at some core courses and waive them but that is at their discretion.
So, are the courses left CORE courses or they are electives?

Which of the documents do I upload?
Should I upload both?
The affidavit will be requested at point of verification. Upload the affidavit in place of your birth cert.

How do I turn OFF Ads that keeps on showing on Tecno Spark 7 Pro whenever the screen is unlocked, or randomly pop-ups when using the phone.
You need to download and install ad blocker. The ad blocker I have used to sort this kind of issue shows me the app that is responsible after every pop up and I uninstall it using the ad blocker.
When another one pops up, I go to the app again and see the app and uninstall it.

Last week I started bolt with fuel of 25k.
After all the drive.
My net income after bolt commissions was 20k.
I lost 5k.
On Sunday I bought fuel of 30k and the thing had enter reserve already and my net income after bolt commission is 26k.
Losing 4k already.
I think I have to give up
Who gave you orientation before you started this?
Sometimes, the mistake we make is that, we neglect mentorship and training from people doing what we want to do.
You should have gotten necessary information from someone thriving in this business before you started and by now, you should be giving the person feedback and the person will advice accordingly.
How are we sure you are even using the right car for this Uber?

I experienced the same thing last year here in Abj..
I had it in mind to change phone that week but I will just scrolling through my instagram feed and saw a page that with a lot of testimonies….the funny thing is that some of this upcoming influencers advertised for them….
Their phone was too cheap and they said they do delivery after payment…..I asked for their address and they gave me one plaza address in wuse

I got there and called them….he said he went to pray(it was on Friday)I waited for hours and called him again and he stopped picking my calls

He later blocked me on call and on IG…..e pain sha bc of the bolt fees and my time I wasted
You should be grateful o. What if you had paid sitting at home and expecting your phone to be delivered?
