I scrolled through my feed yesterday, a sponsored post caught my eye—an advertisement boasting an abundance of glowing testimonials in the comment section. Intrigued yet skeptical, I couldn't help but wonder if this was too good to be true.
I've been on the search for the perfect laptop for my brother, and there it was, tempting me with an unbelievably low price tag. Knowing the current economic climate in Nigeria, I couldn't shake the feeling of impending danger. But I was torn between seizing what could be a fantastic opportunity and the possibility that my perception of prices had become skewed.
To put my doubts to rest, I enlisted the help of a friend residing in Ilorin to scout out the advertised location and inspect the products firsthand. What he found was disheartening—there was no trace of the advertised business. The numbers provided led to dead ends, and any attempt to arrange a meeting was met with silence. It became clear that this was not a legitimate operation.
My friend called them and initially they picked but when he told them he was at the location and there was no place like such, they dropped the call and refused picking till he left there.
I chatted them in their inbox today and after telling them that I sent someone to them yesterday but realised they was no address as such, they blocked me.
This stoey serves as a reminder to exercise prudence when making purchases, especially on platforms like Facebook where there are no verification for accounts. Don't be swayed by fabricated testimonials and comments. Always insist on inspecting the goods in person before parting with your hard-earned money, unless you're dealing with a trusted individual. Stay vigilant and avoid falling victim to deceptive schemes.

Let him or her login to the NOUN student email
Email is matricnumber@noun.edu.ng. Default password is Matriculation in block letters. If you succeed login, go to nouonline.net, do password reset.

The online facilitation (lectures) has not started and hence you cannot login to the elearn portal. And please, don't depend on that the online facilitation as it's only some courses that are facilitated. Start studying your course materials because your doing well in your exams depends much more on that than the facilitation.

To avoid issues, please, go to your study Centre and get clearance before you proceed with payment for the above service.
This is because, they won't attend to it without clearance.

Then after I went through the form again I didn't see the submit button again, all I saw was print form and close form. Then, I clicked print form it took me to save. My question is this, does that mean I have successfully submitted?

Try to use CONTINUE AFTER PAYMENT option. If it is possible to continue, it means it was not submitted. If however you get a response to that your have been admitted and you should proceed to print your admission letter, it means you are good to go. Lastly, if you get ADMISSION PENDING, you have to use the REFILL ADMISSION FORM option.

Let's say I registered at the Kaduna Campus and later was transferred to work in Abuja, Can I continue all campus processes in Abuja?

NOUN has no campus. What the school has are study centres. The study centres serve as your primary contact point with staff members and also your exam venue. Your studies are mostly done by yourself using the course materials and facilitations are online. There is provision for change of Study centre but this must be done not less than about a month to the exam.

You have to follow the timetable. Remember that other students are writing same exam. You have to follow the drawn Timetable.

Your CGPA was calculated based on the exams you wrote and not based on the exams you registered.

Prepare for 4years but u could see u do that a little less than. For now, NOUN runs 2 semesters in a year. They have managed 3 semesters in a year before.

You cannot. You can however choose to write your exams in your office (any quiet place) online. It's called on-demand exams. You have to apply and give verifiable reasons why you cannot be at the exam hall. And it's subject to the approval of the Directorate of Exams and Assessment.

It is PGD in Education, under which I want to study account Education

The PGD Education in NOUN is PGD Education. You however have subject-area options (electives) where you have to choose your preferred subject method and in your case, Account Method. Account Method is just a single course within the whole programme. At the end of the day, the certificate you will be given will be, PGD Education.

Click new task
Choose Notification of Result
You will be redirected to remita to pay 5k
After payment, confirm the payment on the transcripts site
Fill your details, put PERSONAL COPY where u are asked for name organisation. Enter your email as the forwarding email.
Take the copy of the Remita payment to Office of the Registrar and a letter applying for your notification of result. If you go early, u can get on the same day.
The notification of result has nothing to do with clearance.
Before now, irrespective of your clearance status, SOR are sent to all study Centres for collection. But ever since the transcripts portal started, SOR are no longer sent down to Study Centres.

PG or UG?
For PG, use the transcripts portal to apply for Notification of Result. It costs 5k. It will be sent to your email. The last UG guy who applied for Notification of Result waited for several months and got nothing. He had to send a letter to the HQ attaching the Remita receipt and it was processed that same day.

You need your degree cert, O Level Maths and English and you need transcripts from your alma mater. Time frame is 3 semesters.

And if I try to register for a new semester it says "You are deemed to have graduated"

It's not time for clearance, just be patient.
