Hi Nlanders, I am about to seek admission into NOUN to obtain an M.Sc. in Public Health. I work for my state government and am also an entrepreneur. Due to the nature of my job being demanding. I am thinking of doing my MSc in NOUN. But what is holding me back is, is it internationally recognised. In case there is an opportunity later in future won't i be sidelined because i attended NOUN? Do conventional university recognize them assuming i want further for PhD?

The certificate is internationally recognized. I am not guessing because I know people who used the Master cert and they used the same to run their PhD. Some in Canada, in the UK, US and Malaysia. Hello, i applied January for admission, paid application fee of 5k or so, i was told to locate my center after successful admission, for futher details. I was unable to follow up. I missed first semester, can I pay for my school fees and follow up with the second semester? If yes, what about the first semester that I've missed, how do I catch up? Thank you @Enskynelson

Just as stated above, you are to begin with first semester. NOUN operates all semesters concurrently. You cannot proceed with 2nd semster when you haven't done 1st semester.

Hello. I'm in the process of applying for admission. Entered my details and tried to make payment but it didn't go through

Tried to restart the process but the system indicated that I'd already started, and I should proceed to "conclude hanging payment". Problem is I have neither the Order ID nor the RRR of the previous attempted payment.

Seem to be stuck here - can't conclude previous transaction, can't initiate a new one.

Practically speaking,, it won't but it is always like that in the calendar. Last semester, and previous semesters (maybe 6 semesters backward), they were all like that but were never implemented.

Yes, hence "coming soon." displayed on the application portal. However, if you want to do the ACETEL programme, you can apply from anywhere in the world.

Yes, provided in your 1st and second semester, you did and passed the required number of electives.

Nope. Try and follow up because if they change the mode of application, you may have to take the Remita number to the Study Centre for them to work on it before you can continue with the filling of the form online and the process may not be stress-free for you.

If you are not doing business with the account, be patient while they fix it, cos if not business, I don't know why you are such a rush to open another one.
I have experienced this before and it took about a week but it was eventually fixed.

I know about 3 persons with this issue. What solved it was, they either tried WhatsApp using another phone number or they sent email to Whatsapp support and it was fixed. Did you buy the phone brand new and have you been the only user?

OP your phone model can no longer accept Whatsapp that's the simple truth. Buy another phone, there's nothing you can do about it. Your phone can't accept the newest update on Whatsapp app.

People that have had this issue that have fixed this that I know had to write to WhatsApp support. I suspect OP didn't buy this phone brand new. This same phone will accept another phone number on WhatsApp.
