Politics / Re: Reno Corrects Peter Obi On Strike Of Educational Workers In Anambra by Enugurangers: 7:35pm On Apr 25
MrALIVE:
The only strike that lasted for months under peter Obi was ASUU strike where the entire state owned universities in the south east was shut down because of the state governors refusing to implement the full ASUU-fg agreement.
Doctors were on strike for 13 months in Anambra under Peter Obi. That one I remember clearly.

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2012/02/doctors-call-off-13-month-old-strike-in-anambra/amp/

A quick google search also confirmed that Local government workers were also on strike for 7 months like the teachers and many other Anambra Government workers over minimum wage.

Then why was it called Lagos airport?
Nobody called it Lagos airport except you and maybe the autojosh blog.

Ikeja, Mushin, Badagry e.t.c were not in Lagos let alone Lagos state until 1967.

You have not been able to prove that, why was Ikeja airport built as Lagos airport in 1939 by the federal government?
The run way built in Ikeja was not in Lagos because Ikeja was never part of Lagos in 1939.

North of Lagos.

North of Lagos meaning the airport was not in Lagos colony or Lagos city as the tiny area called capital was known back then..

You guys really need to learn history, that was because there were not states at the time in Nigeria, Abia, Anambra and almost all the south eastern states were all called the south east region, there were no states initially, Lagos was already existing as capital in Nigeria since 1914 it was not a state yet because there were no states, they just called each region as regional names like old eastrn region and so on, if not why did the FG build Lagos airport in Ikeja and still called it Lagos as at 1939 because all those parts were Lagos already.

It is like saying Onitsha in Anambra was not part of Anambra because Anambra was not existing as a state in 1939....
It was not a state but a tiny location nonetheless. With the creation of the state, most of what we call Lagos today was carved out of the western region. The regions were the province or states back then.

As per the airport. It was built in western region and not called Lagos airport. Infact the British described it as a run way North of Lagos.

You mean lands were grabbed in other to create the new Lagos state?
This is common knowledge. The British only held on to a tiny part of present day Lagos as capital.

A man who did not build one school to finish is now pretending as usual surreptitious as a bore holes driller in the North.
Even the quality of the borehole sef. I don't know who advised him to embark on such. Desperation is written all over him.

Deepthoughts:
I just can't get what Reno really want from obi,was it a must for peter obi to have built brand new schools?,did every other governor built brand new schools?,did peter obi not renovated or repaired any existing school in the state?, didn't peter obi executed any project in the educational sector during his tenure?,if Reno really n sincerely want to challenge Peter obi,he should be requesting for pictures of any project peter obi initiated n completed during his tenure n stop making a fool of himself over the social media.
Obi divided PDP's vote for his own selfish ambition. So both PDP and Peter Obi lost out.

OP is possibly sponsored by foreign airlines to open this thread.

Tell me an airline that has never had delayed or cancelled flights, stop trying to discredit Airpeace they are still our own and our best so go and chill.
We must continue to support Airpeace gidiba!

If Airpeace's enemies (foreign airlines) succeed in their campaign to force Airpeace from international flights, we would all suffer again the fleecing from these foreign airlines, as they was doing before Airpeace came and crashed air fares.
You are funny. This is a local flight from Abuja to Owerri and not Lagos to London, so wetin concern international airlines with AirPeace local flights? If AirPeace does not want bad reviews on their local flights, then they should treat their local customers right like they have been treating their London customers. There have been bad reviews about AirPeace local flights in the past, so what the OP posted is not strange except we want to continue lying to ourselves.

But when Bloomberg report Naira as the best performing currency you praised them right?
Hypocrisy. I remember when BBC reported that Tinubu indeed graduated from CSU. I remember how Obidients tried to cancel the 3 Nigerian journalist that worked on that report. Despite zero proof of them ever supporting BAT, Obidients were tagging BBC and protesting in front of their UK offices for them to sack those 3 young Nigerians.
